ON THIS EPISODE I DISCUSSED HOW YOUR ACTIONS SPEAK TO WHO, WHAT, WHERE YOU ARE IN YOUR LIFE. NO MATTER WHAT A PERSONS SAYS HOW THEY ACT REVEALS HOW THEY TRULY FEEL ABOUT YOU OR IF THEY EVEN VALUE YOU AT ALL. THERES NOTHING A PERSON CAN SAY THAT CAN CHANGE THEIR ACTIONS WHAT THEY DID IS THEIR WORDS ACTING IN PHYSICAL FORM.

TAKEAWAYS:

ACTIONS REPRESENT YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS HOW YOU THINK AND FEEL SO MAKE SURE YOUR WORDS MATCH YOUR ACTIONS!

Peace, peace, peace. Positive energy activates consistent elevation. You now tap into Supreme Minded Podcast. When we inform and inspire, I'm the host and creator, Supreme Minded, self-made God, Supreme Being, Supreme Energy, Supreme Thoughts, Supreme Vibes, Supreme Ma, Supreme Minded Park. Let's build. What up, y'all? Peace. Season two, of course, episode five. Actions speak. Feel me? You know the rest. Yo, I gotta shout out my family real quick. Cousin Kareem, the god, Dawn. You know what I mean? Got a book out titled My Journey to Consciousness from Survival Mode to Self-Mastery. That's heavy. So we'll check that out. I know y'all be on Amazon, and that's where it's at for $11.99. You know what I'm saying? You get a priceless jewel. We'll check that out. Peace to the God. Hey, Cypher. Well, Lord. Just was talking to the God, too. Word. Yeah, let's let's get into it, y'all. Let's build. So action speak, right? Louder than words. Alright. That's showing and proven. And when you hear, and when you hear showing and proven, it's not proven to anybody or for anybody. It's to prove it to yourself. It's to show yourself who you are. Right? That's how you end up being able to embody who you are. Because if you don't believe and or know after you do the knowledge to yourself who you are, then I don't know. Just keep doing the research. But once you figure out through, once you figure out who you are, through doing the knowledge of yourself, then you're capable of making wise decisions with that information, if you choose to. You feel me? And actually speaking loud in the words is pretty much wisdom. It's applying that knowledge. The application and utilization of knowledge, right? It's the manifestation of knowledge. Wisdom is the application and manifestation of what you know. Alright? So your actions will show and prove. You know what I'm saying? What you know, who you are, what you are. Right? Where you're going. And nobody can really escape that. Everyone's everyone's actions. It's not just you and me, it's everyone. Everyone's actions reveal who they are, what they are, what they know, their thoughts, right? Movements are manifestations of your thoughts. You feel me? So, you know, you gotta be mindful of your actions. Most of all importantly, you gotta be mindful of your words and what you say. And let me tell you firsthand, the truth is threatening. No matter, you know, whether it's you know what I'm saying, at home, outside, or at work. People do not like the truth or to be told the truth, especially about themselves. Right, in any form or fashion. You feel me? So your actions have to speak then. You feel me? Because sometimes people are just not gonna hear you. You know what I'm saying? And I'm not saying to you know, go after people, or you know what I'm saying, like react in a physical, you know, way, or you know what I'm saying, or be threatening. I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is govern yourself accordingly, is what I'm saying. Learn from the situation, right? Do your best to just understand what it's saying about that person. It's not saying anything about you unless it's you. Right. But we're saying like the outside elements. You know what I'm saying? People other than you, because you know, you could you could be the one that's wrong too, of course. Right? Absolutely, nobody's perfect, you all make mistakes. Yeah, at the same time, if you continue to practice learning yourself, you'll become more aware. You can continue to study your movements and figure out why you do what you do, then you know what I'm saying, you'll be able to make better decisions for yourself, most of all, and for the people you allow in your life. So to a certain extent, you might not go through certain situations where you know what I'm saying? Where it's like you dealing with people that are not walking what they talking, like they say one thing and then do another, like, you know what I'm saying? So and it's mandatory that you know you stand up for yourself when things don't appear how they were spoke of. Feel what I'm saying? If a person spoke of how something should be, or how something was or how something is, then it's not that when it's presented, then you have every reason to question. You know what I'm saying? You have every reason to refuse, or you know what I'm saying, or to have, you know what I'm saying, a proper understanding of you know what's going on. Because your words are not matching your actions. You know what I'm saying? So that's what I mean by, you know, be mindful of what you say. You know what I'm saying? And, you know, take action as far as just try to figure out what it's saying, like I said, what it's what it's trying to teach you. And or if you, you know, have the space and opportunity to, you know, meet with the person and sit down and you know, talk civilly, civilized, you know what I'm saying, and you know, gather understanding and get clarity, then you know what I'm saying? Definitely do that. There's just nothing wrong with that. You know what I'm saying? And that's the diplomatic way. That's the righteous way. That's the way you should be able to do it. You should be able to use your mind in times of difficulty. You feel what I'm saying? In times of confusion, in times of chaos. Just stop, don't react. Just take a minute, you know what I'm saying, to gather yourself, gather your thoughts. You know what I mean? But it's like we want everything so fast. It's like, you know what I mean? Soon as something's said, here's the reaction. Soon as something's done, there's the reaction. You know what I mean? Like it's but we claim we gangsters, we tough, we this, we that. But how tough are you? How tough are we? Like, you know what I'm saying? Or are we tough for the wrong things? Right? Are our actions speaking righteousness, or our actions speaking equality, or our actions speak in balance, feel I'm saying? Our actions speak in understanding, which is the highest form of love. Right? You know what I'm saying? Like those things matter too. Right? It's not just your sneakers, your clothes, your jewelry, your money, your cars, you feel what I'm saying? Your materials and things that you possess that you could continue to possess and buy multiples of, you know what I'm saying, that don't have feelings. Right. So, you know, you gotta know what's necessary, right? Versus what's unnecessary. You know what I'm saying? For you. Right? And being different is not easy, you know what I'm saying? You know what I mean? Moving different than the norm is usually going against the grain, you know what I'm saying? Or, you know, you're resisting. Right? But it is what it is, right? Long as you're being your authentic self, that's all that matters, right? Long as you're the one controlling your thoughts, right? That's all that matters, right? I mean, I think so. I know so. Because if you don't own your mind, you don't own your thoughts, you don't own your decisions. Then who's controlling you if it's not you? I ask you again, who's controlling you if it's not you? I mean, I don't know. I'm not sure who's controlling you, but I know who's not controlling me. You right, because I'm controlling me. And yes, there's times where I let things people say and do bother me. Absolutely, right? And again, those are just messages, right, and lessons for me to gain about myself and about this person, or about this place, or about this thing. Right. A lot of people are programmed and just used to being who they are, right? Not necessarily themselves, but who they are. And they'll probably tell you who they are, maybe. What are you? You know what I'm saying? But some you gotta ask yourself real questions. And those questions should mean something to you because you're asking yourself, right? And that's how you gain more awareness of yourself. See, they wanted us to think that talking to ourselves is crazy, not actually, and it's like scientifically proven, right? So there's so many things that we can do with the power of our minds, right? Our consciousness, right? Because the brain is the physical, right? That's what's what's in our head what we think with, right? But a mind is is conscious. You know what I mean? That's consciousness. But are you conscious of yourself, those around you in the universe? Do you have knowledge yourself? Because you need both. Just because you're conscious doesn't mean you have knowledge of self. Feel me? They're not one and the same. But what is one and the same, and that includes all things, is your actions. Your actions will always show what you're saying, what you're really saying, what you really mean, how you really feel, who you really are, what you really are, where you really are in your life, right? In your journey, in your elevation. That's what it's showing, right? AKA projection, you feel me? That that's a person projecting. We project it through our actions, and projecting is not necessarily a negative thing, you feel what I'm saying, or a bad thing. You feel me? Because that's what wisdom is. Wisdom is the manifestation of knowledge, so I'm showing you what I know, I'm projecting from what's inside and showing you that. You feel what I'm saying? Like I've absorbed information and knowledge, and I'm sharing that knowledge with you wisely so you can understand. All right. So now that thought is in existence, right? Because that means you understand that, you know what I mean? The idea I produced, you're able to grasp, you understand, like, oh, okay. So now, you know what I'm saying? We have an understanding. You know what I mean? So that's proof within itself. I'm projecting, I'm projecting my knowledge to you. Right? So, you gotta be mindful, you know what I'm saying, of what you're saying versus what you're gonna do, or what you said or say versus what you doing. You feel me? Like, I give you an example. When I started Health is wealth the movement, my health and wellness company, I was smoking cigarettes. So I'm like, hold on. Like, hold on. So you own a health and wellness business. You know what I'm saying? You you teach health and you know what I'm saying? You leave workouts and stretches and things of that nature, and you smoke cigarettes. So, long story short, I quit cigarettes. Cold turkey, no patches, no gum, no pills, and I'm not saying that anybody that needed that to quit. Shout out to you. That was one of the best decisions you could have made, and I'm sure you know that. Alright, um, it was just my time. It was just my time for real. Alright, so it's like perfect example again. Like when you put your mind to something, it will appear, it will manifest, it will become in existence if you continue to nurture it, take care of it, manage it, you know what I'm saying? Stay in the right mindset, continue to speak to yourself positively, you know what I'm saying? Listen more than you talk, right? Talk to yourself all you want, but you know, it's it's out of conversation with the queen, uh, previous experience about um just being yourself and how like you know what I'm saying, like that's just the highest form of authenticity, you know what I'm saying? Highest frequency of authenticity, or highest frequency in general, and it's just so many things that you learn through, like I feel like the tough times, right? And again, that's your actions, like when things are tough, like how do you act? You know what I'm saying? Like when things are rough for you, and you know what I'm saying? You things are maybe not going your way or how you want to, or how you want them to go. How do you act? You know what I'm saying? So really gotta ask yourself a lot of questions, you feel what I'm saying? Like, we we got we can't just worry about these rappers, these singers, and you know, movie stars, and what's going on next door, what's going on upstairs, downstairs, across the street, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, we really gotta worry about you. What do your actions say about you? That's the only thing that matters. Because you're not the next person, and the next person isn't you. So why are you focused on other people? I mean, it's I think it's meaning, meaningless time and energy that you're spending. You feel me? When you can be doing something constructive, right? Or sometimes, to be honest, resting, rejuvenating is just as important as being um busy and staying consistent and and you know what I'm saying, working hard at something. And working hard don't necessarily mean physical like work. A lot of work is really mental, right? Because any actions are produced are based off of thought. So our minds, you know what I'm saying, are like, you know, our brains are, you know, the first point of contact. So that's where most of the energy is coming from. It's called mental exhaustion. So some of us don't realize it at times, but yeah, we be mentally exhausted too. Not just physical. Right? Mentally exhausted could make you feel physically exhausted because that mind and body connection as above, so below, right? Mind and body. Feel me? So you know, you just you really just gotta under, you just really gotta take out the time to spend with you. It may sound weird, crazy, but that's just what it is. Right? And only that's how I learned. You know what I'm saying? And I learned through a traumatic situation. You feel me? And that was like the best remedy for me was to just not. React. Um just think like my mind just couldn't stop thinking. You know what I mean? Like I had so many emotions and thoughts, emotional thoughts, you know, run through my head. My heart was feeling a certain type of way, so my mind was connecting with those thoughts. You know, so you know, it wasn't just mental, it was physical and emotional. You know what I mean? In a sense. So I dealt with it was isolation. Where I was, I really wasn't around anyone, but like one family member. You know what I mean? That was um, you know, kind of alone in themselves, like, you know what I mean? Like, out the way. So um, it was peace. You know what I mean? Like my outside environment was peace, even though I was, you know, warring inside, like, from this traumatic situation, and you know what I'm saying? And like kind of like not letting myself um fall in a trap of letting my emotions supersede my intelligence. You know what I'm saying? From a situation that I've you know, at the end of the day, we put ourselves in anything. Like, you know what I'm saying? Anything that happened to us, so to speak, at least 75% of it, we created through our actions in some form or fashion. Um, you're not to be necessarily blamed, right? Because we think thousands, millions of thoughts. So you know what I mean? Sometimes we don't know how to choose, and sometimes we don't choose, and that's a choice within itself too, right? Because if it's left or right, then you choose left, still right. And if you choose right, there's still left. Right? So even if you don't make a choice, that's still making a choice, pretty much. You know what I'm saying? Like no message is still a message, you know what I'm saying? Like, see, that's actions. Again, actions are going to speak louder. Majority of humans' actions are non-verbal, right? That's action. Right? In some form or fashion, facial expression, that's an action. Like whether you notice it going on or not, you feel what I'm saying? So it's like actions will always speak. And what are they saying? Can you can you ask can you ask yourself that? Have you asked yourself that? Did you ask yourself that? Have you? Did you? Are you going to ask yourself? I mean, you don't have to. But I recommend you do. Because everything that involves yourself should involve you. And you should want to involve yourself about you. Alright? You should want to know you from top to bottom, inside and out. And a person to say quick, yeah, I know myself, okay. Say that all day. What do your actions, you know, to reveal truly and ultimately and undeniably who you are, what you are, where you are. What you know. What you don't know. Simple and plain. What they say, period. Yeah man used to be point blank, period. But they dropped the point blank now it's period. Peace to Supreme Wise, peace to the God, man. Peace to you, God. Keep studying, Lord. You know what I mean? That's how we attain more awareness, man. More knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of ourselves. Those around us in the universe, were soin is which is like one of my famous quotes from Bobby Hammett. The greatest knowledge on the planet is the knowledge of thyself. Alright. The most important person to know on this planet is yourself. That's what I'm saying now. Alright. So me and Bobby Hammett saying the same thing in a different way. Alright? And it's not being selfish. That's self-awareness. Right? In its highest form. To be aware of thyself, to know thyself, right? Alright. You have to. It's a must. It will enable you to navigate your life, right, in the most efficient way possible. Alright? To the best of your ability. Where you're at. You know what I'm saying? In your journey. Simple as that. And I think that's what we gotta accept too and learn is that we're ascending for those that's doing the work. So, you know, you know, we gotta be patient with ourselves. We're gradually, you know what I'm saying, letting go of the old, being introduced to the new simultaneously, right? Build and destroy. We're continuously being productive and building and adding on. And at the same time, we're removing anything that's unproductive. Because as we're spending more time and being productive, we're not giving no time to being unproductive. So now we're creating a positive, productive habit, right? Because we're remaining positive no matter what. We're remaining productive no matter what. And that's where it counts. When it's good, it's good. But not when it's low and it ain't good, that's when we're supposed to be our best. We're not supposed to react and act as if anything's going on, right? That's when your frequencies is raised, right? Because you're able to rise above everything. Right? And knowing things are happening, just for your understanding. For you to learn and be able to use it later and apply it or share it. You know what I'm saying? Each one teach one. You know what I'm saying? One hand wash the other, both hands wash the face. Peace to the God, Shado. But really gotta just stay focused on who we are, man. Let's just, you know, be more interested in, you know, who who we're becoming on the inside. Not the outside. You know what I'm saying? We quick to move, shake, and dance. You know what I'm saying? For some outside work, you know what I'm saying? But we ain't working on the inside though. Let's talk about that action. Let's talk about spiritual action. You know what I'm saying? Let's take a let's let's take action spiritually. Feel what I'm saying? And take spirituality actual and serious. Like, because it will change your life, right? And that's what it's about, right? Change. You gotta be willing to change, right? Yeah, actions will display if you're changing or just aging, right? Which is a part of change, but you didn't hear the change in aging, right? Because there isn't no change in aging, you're just aging, right? Wisdom doesn't come with age, right? Wisdom comes from knowledge. First, that's the foundation. First and foremost, right? That's where understanding comes from as well. So it's proof of what I'm saying, right? Again, being wise, utilizing what I know wisely, and sharing what I know wisely to bring forth understanding. It's already shown and proved to myself that I understand, and I'm able to utilize what I know wisely to benefit myself, those around me, and the universe. Right? And that's living in peace and harmony, balance and equality. That doesn't mean you're not gonna get upset, but it means you're not gonna attack people when they do things. If they're not attacking you, you're not gonna attack people, right? They're just talking, let them talk. Right? And a lot of it is nonverbal, right? But that doesn't mean actions, right? You know what I'm saying? As far as being threatening and attacking someone, right? You can just ignore people. Again, if they're not being forceful upon you, you can walk away. You can ignore them, you could stop answering their calls, things like that. You know what I'm saying? And just start, you know, focusing on you more. And just know that, you know, that was aligned in your path for that time, for that season. Now the season has changed. So, you know, you're elevating and growing. That's the purpose. Like, that's the purpose. You're not gonna associate or or you know what I'm saying, vibe with the same people from birth. You know what I mean? Or as a young child, up until, you know what I mean, you're you're grown and old, like it's or older. Like it's just not necessarily that. Like, it doesn't work like that. In reality, some of us don't even like associate with family members, so like it really don't even even matter about the title. Again, it's then it's the action. Actions speak. I'm telling you. You feel me? Like, it really doesn't make a difference whether you're family or not. I mean, it does to a certain extent, it does. And what I'm saying is if someone's treating you, you know, in a way you don't like, then no, it doesn't matter if it's family. But of course, yeah, freedom charming in. Um, that's confirmation. But, you know, just in general, like, if it is family, no, for real. Cherish your family. You know what I'm saying? That's cultural, that's that's that's DNA, that's you know what I'm saying? That's generations, like, um, you know, of the same lineage. Like, that's powerful. There's power in that. So, yeah, absolutely, you know, support and and spend time with whatever family you do have and that you do vibe with. Like, because it's not gonna be a lot of people, my point, of course. We know that. Right? It's not gonna be your entire family, but you know, if you're able to be cordial around them, you know, be cordial. Able to, you know, maybe possibly have the courage to try to resolve whatever you think has happened, or if you know what's happened, then do that too. You know what I mean? That's a form of growth and showing that, you know what I mean, you've matured emotionally, you know what I'm saying, mentally too, because you have the capacity to, you know, endure whatever this person might say or possibly do. You know what I mean? So nothing is impossible, is the point. You feel what I'm saying? Right? You can create yourself is is is pretty much the moral of the story. You know what I mean? Like, you can create yourself to be what you want yourself to be. If you want to be the type of person that sits in the house, then you're gonna be the type of person that sits in the house. What you gonna accomplish by doing that? Nothing. You're gonna, you know, probably know all of the TV shows and watch a lot of good movies and stuff and sports, man. That's cool. But like, what is what are you benefiting from that? To be honest, right? And it doesn't even consist of work, but what are you what are you doing? Like, that's productive, that's helping you by staying in the house. You're not really doing much. Like, you don't necessarily have to be outside wildin' to be productive, of course, because we know that's not being productive, right? What I'm saying is go for a walk. Possibly go for a job. Right? Go work out outside. Everybody say go to the gym. If it's nice in your area, go work out at the park. Grab a couple people if you feel shy to work out by yourself. You know. First time for anything. You gotta start expanding your horizons, y'all. You know what I mean? You gotta start expanding your horizons. You feel me? Well, sure. Start, you know, if it's warm in your area, go go for a picnic, eat outside, have dinner outside one day. You know, different things like that. Go but go to go to different places, possibly. Or go go sit at a park, watch the birds, like not realizing that being outside in fresh air, like, it's so mentally medicinal. Like, what I'm saying, like being in the sun for at least a half hour, just kills so many germs on your skin, and just you get what I'm saying? Like gives you energy, and it's it's vitamin D. Like, come on. Come on, y'all. Then the fresh air is good for your lungs, and again, for your cognitive functions, for your brain functions. That's beneficial, right? And you ain't even doing nothing. Right? You just outside. So, no, seriously, take care of yourself, be active. The more active you are, you know what I'm saying? The more it'll be smooth as you grow. You know what I'm saying? As you become wiser, mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, you feel me? Stay active. Staying active helps with your physical energy, right? Helps with emotional energy, and it helps with mental energy. Feel me? Increases brain function and all that. You know what I'm saying? And it's heart healthy. Right? You start to feel better, you look better, right? And it's not about the look, but of course, that's what comes of it. You train. And you know what I'm saying? You stay consistent in your health and fitness. Feel me? I'm just getting back into it. I was, you know what I'm saying, on a super timeout for a few months, or just getting back to it. I feel great. Or like it's it's second nature to me. So I don't plan to, you know, be putting it on pause, but sometimes it happens though. It does happen. It was certain things that was going on. Then after a while, I was just kind of letting it go on part of the stuff. I was allowing it to go on, I should say. Um, and not, you know, taking charge. And again, see, I'm setting the example. I ain't perfect neither, but I snap out of it. You know what I mean? Like part of myself the things I did have going on, you know what I mean? I was allowing them to consume my time more than it should. You feel what I'm saying? And I realized that, you know what I mean? So, um, in the midst of that, I got back to doing what I needed to do for myself, you feel me? Outside of, you know, focusing on the generational wealth, um, continuing to manifest abundance and knowledge, wisdom, understanding, as well as the physical, mental, and spiritual work in all forms, to be real, and all timelines from the dimensions. Well, you gotta speak, you gotta speak what you want into. Like, that ain't no church thing, that ain't about religion, that ain't got nothing to do with it. Right? I ain't got nothing to do with it. That's just how this universe thing works. So that's what I'm saying. Your actions should be aligning with your words. You shouldn't be saying one thing and then doing the other, right? It should align. You know what I mean? And to yourself too, first and foremost. Like you shouldn't be telling yourself one thing and then you're doing another. You shouldn't be saying your one thing and then, you know, operating opposite of what you, you know, representing yourself to be. Right? Because the actions will speak, and then when people start to address you about it, like don't feel no type of way. Because that's what they're gonna do. That's what they're supposed to do. Why wouldn't they? You would do it if it was you, right? If it wasn't, I mean, if it was somebody else. See, that's the thing, you feel me? We you know, people just don't want to accept accountability in no form or fashion. You gotta realize that. You feel what I'm saying? So that's why it's not necessarily beneficial to react to people, respond, because sometimes it's just it's not even gonna be worth it. That's what I'm saying. And you're gonna learn that. Like, that's what I'm saying. You know what I mean? And you'll realize fast what who a person is, who what type of people don't accept accountability. You'll learn fast. Like they always got a response. And every time they literally do something and you address them, they'll have a problem. Like those are literally the top two flags. You don't even need three. Like, and the second one I just named is like really the main one. Like, if every time, like literally if they did something wrong, and not saying you're perfect, or blaming them to say they always doing something wrong, but like literally, if they have whatever they've done wrong, and you've literally documented that shit, and known they have done that shit, and did the research like it's you know, you're not just blaming this person just to keep record, but you've you know what I'm saying, and noticed and was aware when this person made a mistake and you address them about it in a respectful manner, and they get mad still, that's crazy. Like literally, they know they did that shit too. But it's just they're not the type of person that accepts accountability. You know what I'm saying? So then they won't necessarily be that responsible neither. Because not taking accountability for your actions is irresponsible. Right? So again, none of us is perfect. But it's the it's the refinement, the continuous practice, study, and act, right? And the action put into being productive in all forms of fashion, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, financially, right? Mind, body, spirit, soul, in real life, in real time, at home, outside, at work, at school. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like for real, really tapping in and operating in your higher self. Right? In your purest form, straight up. Some people think is bliss, deja vu, or no, bliss, cliche, bullshit. I mean, if you say so. Right? And it ain't about, see, the thing is, it ain't about glitch and glam, though. It's not about, oh, once you, I mean, you can, of course, you can start once you, you know, once you start to live in peaceful internally and positive internally, right? Just internally, of course, your outside will be nurtured with positive things. I'm not saying that, you know what I'm saying? When you become positive, you're gonna, you know, you're shabby and you know, wearing old clothes. No, it's how you choose to live your life. Some people don't necessarily want to be flashy or wearing high ends, you know, they keep it simple. You feel what I'm saying? But it's not necessarily wrong with it, or that's up to you. You feel what I'm saying? But of course, yes, once you start to elevate internally, externally, yeah, you will start to take care of yourself and upgrade your finances and be better if you know, if that's what you want to do. You know what I mean? If you want to stay in an apartment building, you got enough to live in a house, cool, or enough to buy a house, cool. Or if you're in a house and that's where you want to be, that's cool too. You know what I mean? Jewelry, whatever. Like, we're not saying, I'm not saying that it's bad or necessarily a sign that something's wrong, not at all. But that shouldn't be the go-to. That's not how you should appeal to people. Throwing your jewelry, your money, your car, your belongings in front of you, leading with that, oh hey, you know, boasting and shining and showing off. Like, okay, like, right? You know, like who are you for real? Again, who are you? Where are you? What are you? You know what I'm saying? Can people answer that question? Can you answer that question about yourself? You know what I mean? But you want to get to know me. You want to lay me down, you wanna take me out, all that. Go on both sides, male and female. You feel me? None of us is exempt because we both love to have sex. Like, let's just keep it a buck. Right? And again, your actions, speak light in your words, you lead with sex, then what are people gonna think that you just about sex? So, you know what I mean? Again, be mindful of your actions, be mindful of what you're saying versus what you're gonna do. You know what I mean? Like, and sometimes things don't necessarily work out. I'm not saying that, you know, if you had real intentions on doing something and said you was gonna do something, and then it just didn't pan out, something, you know, didn't happen correctly or how you wanted it to, then of course that's understandable. Learn from that and you know, try to prepare, you know, yourself for next time. And that's what it's about either way, is preparation. You feel what I'm saying? So you're not caught in a situation, you know what I mean? And of course, you know, going, you know, dealing with whatever, any experience is a learning lesson. That's it. That's how it should be looked at. What that's not how it's always looked at. You know what I'm saying? Like we look at it like, you know, it's an issue, it's a true problem. And then really let's think back to how many times, you know, we actually had an issue and we got through it. Ah, part of self. I was thirsty. Think about how many times we got through it, right? Times we conquered. Sometimes we learned in the situation and came out better on the other side. Like, think about it, like how many times though? I'm sure a lot. I have too. So that's what I'm saying, right? And for those that didn't turn out the same on the other side, I will that, you know, you heal and be able to find that center and that ground and that balance for yourself. You know what I'm saying? To be yourself once again. Because I know it's not all the times easy when it's a traumatic situation, usually that, you know, while we're unable to get back to our divine selves, our need, you know what I'm saying, our aligned selves, our aligned selves, right? From within. So shout out to y'all striving, you know, continuing to strive to become better at whatever cost. One thing a day, one thing per experience, I like to say. Experience over days and days, right? So each experience you're able to see, you know, try to make a significant change in some area or part of your life, right? And those changes will reflect in your actions. Right? Because your actions speak. We have to remember that. So when somebody wants to holler at you and, you know, questioning why you're not doing what you said you was gonna do, don't get mad at them. Just be ready to have an answer. Like, I'm preparing you right now. I know you're listening. You feel me? I'm preparing you right now. So Supreme on the podcast said I should align what I say with my actions. All right. What I do should be what I said I was going to do. You know what I mean? Unless you choose not to do it no more. Now, don't get me wrong, you can change directions. You can decide now you do not want to do a certain thing for people, places, and things, or appliance of people, places of things, whatever. Like you have the option to opt out that's yours. You know what I mean? You want to lay down with a person at first, then their actions reveal you don't want to lay down with this person. Yeah, that choice. Even if you told them you would lay down with them, even if you're about to lay down and something just throws you off, and you're like, oh nah, then don't do it. You good. It may be a rebuttal, maybe something, or not, hopefully. But you have that right. Just know that. And I'm and I hope you exercise your right to say, nah, I'm good in any situation, literally. In any situation, when you're just talking to somebody and you don't want to talk no more. You have the right to tell them, eh, I don't want to talk to you no more. You ain't gotta cuss them out. Just tell them you don't want to talk to them no more. Leave it at that. But you don't even have to um give them an explanation. I don't want to talk no more, is a full sentence. Just like no is a full sentence. Feel me? So it's the same thing. You don't gotta explain. That was the explanation. I don't want to talk to you. For whatever reason, there's a reason. You don't gotta fucking know it. I'm just done. That's clearly a sign that a person is not willing to like compromise or figure out why you did or do what you do. That's just literally it. You know what I mean? So accept it and move on. Well, it's your best bet. So yeah, your actions will always speak. So you don't have to say a word. You're thinking it. You feel me? Because you did it. You're doing it. Right now. Whoever you are, straight up. You feel me? So, man, y'all gotta stay on yourself. I'm trying to tell you, because the more you stay on yourself, the better decisions you make for yourself. You know what I'm saying? So y'all have to uh make sure that you know you're making these changes for yourself, for you, not changing and being trying to be better for someone else. Right? To be with someone else. Because that's never what you want to do that for. You know what I'm saying? Because if it don't end up right with this person or whatever happens to this person and y'all disconnect, then what? Right? You don't, you know what I mean? You don't store up love, peace, or happiness, or anything like that within a person. Do that for yourself by yourself. You know what I'm saying? Like, because that's just what you're supposed to do. You know what I mean? So just be mindful, you know what I mean? Just have to be mindful as much as you can, because some people aren't mindful, you know what I mean, and won't be, and that's just who they are. So you gotta realize that too, you know what I mean? We gotta re we have to realize the most like what we're not and what other people aren't either, like what they're what they aren't capable of being, just where they're at right now in their journey, like seriously, and it's and it's not necessarily I wouldn't say it's not necessarily they fault because it there is a route, you know, uh reason to everything, and it might not necessarily, like, you know what I mean? Gentrification, like it's not, you know, there's roots to just different um things that happen to the indigenous people historically, you know what I'm saying? In particular, but it's just you know, you really just gotta be mindful of what's going on. You know what I'm saying? Like, just pay attention. Like, you know what I mean? And most of all of yourself for yourself, by yourself. You know what I'm saying? Because knowing yourself leads to the road of mastery of self. Alright. So stay on top of you, not on somebody else. Right, like stay on top of you. Make sure, you know what I'm saying, you do and what you need to do. You know what I'm saying? And you you doing what's what's necessary for yourself first. You know what I mean? Not, you know, always out putting in your energy, you know what I'm saying, for someone else that's not putting that same energy back into you, feel me? Because you're gonna deplete yourself. And then end up deleting yourself. And then you're not gonna know who you are because it's all about this person. And if they ain't pouring back into you, part of if that if they're not pouring back into you, then clearly that's somebody that's not serious about you or feels that you're valuable, feel what I'm saying? So they would never, so you're wasting your time. Point blank, right? And their actions speak. So listen. Alright. You know what it said, you heard what it said, they showed you what they say. You shouldn't only believe it, but you should know it. Right? Right. You gotta love yourself more than anything. That's the true key to awareness and the higher self. Right. And that, in return, will speak for itself. Gratitude for pulling up an air to vibe with me at Supreme on the podcast. I love you listeners. Please don't forget to rate and review.
