Tapping back in, wor season two, of course, episode seven. Season two, episode seven titled Subconscious Manipulation. Alright. Then we're gonna look into the subconscious. Subconscious. Refers to the part of the mind that is just below the level, just below the level of conscious awareness. It stores hidden memories, past experiences, and things like that. And then again, manipulation is a technique to influence a person's thoughts, emotions, or behavior, right? Without their conscious awareness, which means it's subconscious, right? So it's it's a program or something that's already been practiced, so to speak. You know what I'm saying? Something that ended up becoming a habit, so to speak. You know what I mean? Something um stored like memories and past experiences, or just you know, behavioral patterns in general, or so yeah. Subconscious also means the mental process that we aren't currently aware of, which we can bring into focal awareness if we concentrate. So being subconscious, your subconscious thoughts are things that you do without awareness, it's habitual, it's a habit, right? So you don't necessarily have to be conscious to do it. You've you've been doing it for so long, that's your automatic reaction. You feel me? So let's talk about it. So being manipulated is pretty much being influenced, right, by a person's thoughts or emotions. I know you hear manipulation most times, you think of a relationship automatically, a man and a woman, and you know, the man using love to have sex, pretty much, right? I mean, the manipulator influenced her emotions and made it seem as though he cared about her more than he actually did just to have sex with her. And sometimes the situation is sort of the same, flipped around, but goes a little bit different, where a woman could, you know, insinuate a man is going to get some, or she's going to give him some. In return, he does this, does that, you know what I mean? And monetary gain or something material he um purchases for her, so to speak. You know, it's different scenarios, you know, and the role the roles could be reversed on both scenarios, on what I said. It could be the woman doing that to the man, and vice versa, in both of those situations. But um, no one wants to be manipulated, right? But if you're not conscious or aware of it, then how do you even know if it's happening? You don't. You know what I'm saying? You actually don't. I think the bigger question is is why aren't you conscious of you know your thoughts and your emotions? Right? Because if you're conscious of your own thoughts and your emotions, it's it's not gonna be as easy for a person to manipulate you, right? Because once something goes against what you feel as though is suitable for you, you know what I'm saying? Then that's how you pretty much make your decisions on what's best for you, what works for you, not what someone feels works for you, what's best for you. I mean, you can hear someone out as far as like their idea, their opinion, so to speak, but at the same time, it's always gonna be what works for you, what's best for you. But if you don't have any awareness of self, then you won't know what's best for you. You won't know what's beneficial to you, right? Because you don't know yourself. So you're gonna go with what a person says, or you're gonna be easily influenced through your thoughts and emotions. You know what I'm saying? And your behavior, because you're not sure of yourself, right? You're unaware of what works for you, what's best for you, what you want, you know, what feels right, so so on, and so on and so forth, right? Because you don't have any awareness of yourself, you have no knowledge of yourself. You feel what I'm saying? So subconscious manipulation is subconscious because you're not in an awareness state, you're not conscious of your own thoughts, so you're pretty much sleep, so you're you know, you're more easily influenced to do something someone says to do or someone suggests you should do. You feel what I'm saying? Because you're easily manipulated and it's all subconscious. That's what makes it easy, all right? Because you're not even aware of it. You're not even aware of yourself, your thoughts, all right, your emotions, your behavior. All right. And those are the things you should be conscious of. Your words, your ways, and your actions contribute to your character. That's, you know, that speaks to who you are. The things that you do reflect your thoughts. You feel me? So if your thoughts, if you're not conscious of your thoughts, then your words, ways, and actions are gonna be subconscious and not gonna necessarily align with the awareness you possibly possess. Right? And you can't be subconscious and conscious at the same time. Well, you can't be in a subconscious state and a conscious state at the same time. Right? The more awareness that you have, the more conscious, the more conscious you will be on a consistent basis. So the subconscious manipulation won't actually work. You know what I mean? And you have to, you know, always, you know, make sure that you are doing the research on the people in your life, all right? For real. Because to be manipulated, all right, has to be by someone that can get close to you. You feel what I'm saying? Someone that you have an emotional attachment by some of some sort, which means they, you know, they rent space in your mind as well. Right? And that influences your behavior, your thoughts and your emotions influence your behavior, your movements, right? Your thoughts plus your emotions will determine what you're gonna do in situations, right? When things occur, when things happen. You feel me? So being aware of those thoughts and why you think what you think and how you think, being aware of your emotions and how you feel and what you feel, right? And or being aware of your behavior, right? When your thoughts and emotions combined. For instance, when you know, we feel like someone's disrespecting us, we feel like, you know, a person is thinking less of us, talking down to us about us, degrading us, so to speak. You know, or, you know, they're they were rude, they were disrespectful, you know, they did something that affected your emotions in some type of way, right? That's gonna lead to a action, right? More than likely, because now the behavior, a thought plus an emotion leads to an action, which is some sort of behavioral reaction, right? And if you're frustrated, you're not feeling like yourself, you're feeling some type of way, your vibrations is low, your energy is low, you know, you're feeling attacked, you know, your behavior is not gonna be the best. Feel what I'm saying? And I'm not judging you or judging anyone to say that that's wrong. Like, you know what I mean? Like any human being, you know, any person on this earth is entitled to feel how they feel. Certain things just, you know, don't make all of us feel the same. Like the saying what makes you cry might make me laugh. You know what I'm saying? What I eat won't make you shit. You know what I mean? So, you know, everything is not for everybody, and not everyone will understand. Not everyone will get it, right? But we're entitled to feel, we're entitled to have emotions, right? We're entitled to, you know, um use our emotions. And of course, just observe our thoughts because we aren't our thoughts. I think a lot of us end up in emotional roller coasters or end up on emotional roller coasters because we believe all the thoughts that pop up instead of just observing them and kind of, you know, stepping back and just, you know, doing a little, you know, a little inspection just to see why you're feeling this way. Right? And, you know, analyze the thought to see if it's accurate. Right? You know what I mean? Even though it is affecting your emotions, that doesn't mean that it's accurate. But if you're feeding into that thought, then your emotions is gonna align with it. So now your behavior matches that too, right? So if you have a low vibe thought connected to a low vibe emotion, your behavioral reactions or actions is gonna be low vibrational. You know what I'm saying? Nobody's saying not to feel, like I said, or you know, exercise your emotions or choose to, you know what I'm saying? Choose to exercise, you know, your emotions. It's how you react to it though. You know what I mean? Don't don't use it, don't use those messages and signals against yourself. You know what I'm saying? When your thoughts and your emotions are affected, you feel me? Don't use, don't use that against yourself. Right? Use that as a tool to better yourself, right? Against whatever's going on, you feel me? Or against yourself, right? Because we're our worst critic. We're our own worst critic, right? And we should be, right? And I think that's a part of awareness. I'm not saying to the point where, you know, you're cursing yourself, right? Or cussing yourself out, either or, right? Because there's a difference. But, you know, being accepting and having understanding for yourself, like you would, like you would anyone else, right? And we have to start trying to practice that because patience, grace, gratitude, and things like that are not just to be given to other people. They are to be applied to our own lives too, for ourselves. Right? If you possess something and you don't give it to yourself and you give it to someone else, what does that mean? That means you love things outside of yourself more than yourself. You're not practicing equality or balance because as within, so without. That's the law of correspondence that we can't change. So if we possess love inside, that means we have love for ourselves. So we're going to automatically have love for those outside of us, but that doesn't mean we're gonna allow people to play with us, shit on us. You know what I'm saying? Disrespect us. And no, I'm not saying we're not gonna let them because we're gonna wild out on them and this down the third. That's not what I'm saying either. You gotta learn to read the room by first reading yourself, right? You have to be conscious of your words, your ways, and your actions. Meaning being conscious of your thoughts and your emotions. Pay attention to your feelings. They don't want you to feel, but your feelings are the messages, right? Feelings are interpretations of your emotions. That's powerful. You gotta remember that, like that. Those are signals, messages, indicators about you that you need to learn, that you need to absorb, you need to tap into. That's why it's so important to isolate, not to run away from people or like you're hiding. No. You're spending time with yourself. You're putting in time with yourself, you're putting in time to think about yourself, to think about your thoughts and your emotions and why you feel the way you feel. All right? You can only understand your emotions through your feelings, not through other emotions. Your emotions are the interpretations. Farn itself, your feelings are interpretations of your emotions, not the other way around. So that's why it's so important to feel. They don't want you to feel no more. Right? Everything is stuck up, everything is, oh, look at me. I got this, I got that. Let me gatekeep. Let me act like, you know, I'm giving back or I'm showing love. You feel what I'm saying? Like to be the type of person that you know is always in a it's about me and I, and you know what I'm saying? Just an I, I person, I this, I that. Like, you know, that's a person in their ego, you know what I'm saying? That's a person that you know needs to feel full of themselves to be themselves, right? But that's all subconscious, right? That's just the energy to be selfish, right? To feel as though everyone else is the problem when you should be looking within, right? Not realizing that the issues you're going through is because the frequency you're vibrating on. You're attracting the frequency you vibrate on. Not what you think, not what you want, right? Not what you speak into, no matter how much you manifest or affirm, right? You feel me? You only receive what your frequency can align with. Simple as that. So don't manipulate yourself, being in a subconscious mind state, being unconscious of your thoughts and your emotions that lead to an up to that lead to a behavior, all right. Now we have a behavior pattern, right? Because remember, everything is subconscious, you're unaware of your reactions. You feel what I'm saying? You're unaware of the thoughts that you're aligning with. You're unaware of the emotions you now feel from those thoughts. You're now you're unaware of how your behavior is aligning with your thoughts and your emotions. All right. Conscious is not about being holy, it's not about being perfect. You know, it's not about being better than nobody else, part of so. Being conscious is, you know, about a person wanting to become more aware of themselves. That's it. They're aware of themselves, but they know that, you know, there's more to discover. So, you know, they're continuing to be aware of themselves, their thoughts, their emotions, their feelings, their actions. All right. Because they know that contributes to their daily patterns. All right? Your thoughts and your emotions lead to actions. So, you know, we want to be aware and we want to think highly of ourselves. So our outer world has a higher vibration, right? You want to have high-level emotions and realize that our emotions are just signals. Telling us how we feel about certain things. You know what I'm saying? Or well, a feeling is gonna tell us how we feel how our emotions react to certain things. But we gotta wanna pay attention. We gotta wanna be able, we gotta wanna accept what we find out. Right? And that doesn't make you weak, because you know, you felt an emotion. You know what I'm saying? Like, having a feeling means you're aware, you're conscious, you're alive, you're in existence. So utilize the information properly. That's what just makes you ignorant, right? Because you don't know how to utilize the information you're receiving from your feelings, which are interpretation of your emotions, right? So your emotions, your feelings are the information. Towards those emotions. Utilize those emotions wisely. It is what it is. This is you, right? So you can't be mad at how you feel towards things. That's just what it is. Don't judge yourself. Be conscious of those feelings. Figure out what they mean. And boom, I'm sure that that will raise your awareness on yourself. And now you can make better decisions. You know what upon yourself. You know what thoughts to align with, right? You know what thoughts to move around. You know what emotions are beneficial. You know which ones aren't. Right? To create the reality you want to see outside yourself. All right? Because you're in control of that. So don't subconsciously manipulate yourself and don't subconsciously allow people to manipulate you. Alright? Because they're in a subconscious mind state too. They're following the same patterns and the same thoughts doing and saying the same thing everybody else is saying, right? Too many followers, not enough leaders. Alright. Everybody wants to do the same up. Alright? Been there, done that. But everybody's doing it. The same thing. Dressing the same, talking the same, all right? Saying the same thing. Doing the same things. You feel me? That person is in a stole. That person or those people in a subconscious state. They're asleep. They've been programmed, and that's the only thing they're operating on is that program they've been given. They haven't consciously woke up and had the awareness of themselves, right, to realize or internalize whether the information they've been programmed is actually accurate and aligns with who they're meant to be. Because that's what it's about. It's not about who you were, it's about who you're meant to become. But if you sleep in a subconscious state, then you're just gonna go with the flow of things. You're doing whatever you can to get by, faking it till you make it on every level, on whatever level. Whatever that means. Not saying I don't know what it means, but you could be faking it to make it to, I don't know, seem like you some type of drug dealer, right? You a pimp, right? You a you this skilled ball player, boxer, rapper, you know what I'm saying? Influencer, right? Whatever you proclaim that you do, right? You're not really officially doing it, right? You know what I'm saying? And on top of that, you doing it just to, you know, just to be heard and just to be seen. You're not really doing it with no positive intent. You're making it seem like you are, you even saying you are, but in all reality, you're not. Right? Because that's the ways and actions of a manipulator, right? They make you feel like this so they can do that. They make you think it's this and it's really that, right? They're influencing you to believe they're bullshit. You know what I'm saying? To make you think that they care for you, that they're there for you. You know what I'm saying? And they're not in all reality. But it's like that, man. It's like that. If you're not conscious of your thoughts, your emotions, your behavior, and those around you. Those, if you're not conscious of your thoughts, emotions, or your behavior, then you're you're pretty much just gonna let anybody around you. Because any person that thinks any type of way or acts on the emotions and whatever, or how they feel and behaves, however the fuck they feel, no matter what it's you know, has to do with, then you already know. That's a subconscious person, too. They ain't thinking, you not thinking. So birds of a feather flop together. Remember that frequency I said you on? Yeah, you're gonna align with that same frequency that you possess. No matter what you have or don't have, that doesn't mean something. You're gonna connect with people just based upon the frequency that you operate on. Simple as that. Energy vibrates on a frequency. You keep your energy high, it'll vibrate on a high frequency. Keep your energy low, it'll vibrate on a low frequency. It's kind of simple. But if you're not conscious, then it's not simple at all because you're off. You're not thinking. You're just going with the flow. You're just doing what you normally do. Right? The habits you've created, you know. You're operating in them. All your movements are habitual, you're predictable. Alright? You're not ready for change, you're unadaptable. All right. The subconscious state is repetitive. But you can reprogram the subconscious by being conscious, by being aware, right? That you must be conscious, right? To avoid manipulation, to avoid negative influence, all right, and to positively influence yourself through yourself and other positive influence. But if you're not conscious, you won't recognize the influence. All right, it's for you, but you're not in a conscious state to make that decision. So nothing you do will reflect consciousness or awareness of yourself when you're making subconscious moves. Can't do the same at the same time. You either subconscious or you either conscious. Can't do both at the same time. And it's deep. Subconscious mind, the conscious mind, and the unconscious mind. There's definitely a lot to research. And it's gonna it comes up so much because it's it's prevalent, because it, you know, it's it kind of gives you background on how a person thinks and how we think. Alright? Are we in a subconscious state? Are we in a conscious state, or are we in an unconscious state? Alright? Especially when those subconscious movements aren't aligning with our higher self, aren't as beneficial to ourselves as we think, right? Not for the old self or for the self to come. Right? We have to invest for our best to be yet to come, right? We gotta invest now. You know what I mean? Like we gotta do it now for later. Can't wait two years later to wanna create when you ain't putting no time in at all. And you thinking it's just supposed to hop, skip, and jump for you. It don't work like that. Alright. And you can end up in a situation, right, and thinking that you know everything is all bad, and you know, everything is happening to you. That's a subconscious thought, too. Right? Programmed to think the worst of situations, right? First dwelling on a problem versus figuring out a solution. So it's best to just try to observe as much as possible. Right? And don't judge yourself first and foremost. And not being conscious is the fact that you're unable to stop judging yourself. You know what I'm saying? We gotta have, we we definitely have to have, again, the patience for ourselves, grace for ourselves, understanding for ourselves, right? And learn how to not judge ourselves. Because things are supposed to happen the way they happened, right? And if you felt like it was something you could have changed, then that means you weren't conscious of it when it was going on. Because then if you were conscious when it was going on, you would have had enough time to make the necessary changes, right, to alter the outcome. But you weren't able to. So you had to endure the lesson. Right? Whether negative or positive, still a lesson. And lessons should never be looked at as negative. Why? Because it was a lesson. And if you look at it as negative, then you clearly didn't learn the lesson. Alright? You're still complaining about it, you still feel some type of way about it. Right? Because any lesson that you've learned and actually learned was a positive thing. That was a high-level thing. Alright. Lessons are meant to be learned. Alright. Not judged. And once you've figured out what you needed to do for yourself, then you do that. You you make the necessary changes accordingly. Nothing happens overnight, of course. But make sure you're conscious of the things that you're doing that you need to change, because then you won't be able to change. Don't let your thoughts consume you. Don't let your emotions make you unruly, volatile. Right? Learn how to be calm in the storm. Learn how to be cool in the heat. You know what I mean? Learn how to stay balanced in the lows. Right? Because that's the only way you're gonna keep yourself up. Because it's nobody else's job to do that for you. And if you leave it up to other people, you're gonna put yourself in a position to be manipulated. Right? Because 85% of the world is deaf, dumb, and blind. And no one really cares about you as much as you think you do. Well, part of self, people don't care about you as much as you think they do. Alright? Because you don't care about you as much as you think you do. Ain't that crazy? Like it's people be in your face telling you all day how they love you, care about you, but look how they're living their life. Damn sure don't believe that they care about you. And if you do, I mean that's on you. That means you you're in that subconscious state still. Sleep, you're unaware of people, places, and things, your thoughts, emotions, and behavior, yours and those of others. Right? So that's why you're able to be manipulated and influenced that and thinking that people love you and they care about you. People in the and it'd be the people that's that say they love you and care about you, the ones playing right right in your face. But you in a subconscious state, so you don't see it. Alright? You don't see the third eye, your thoughts, the penal glare. Alright? You don't feel it because your emotions are out of whack. Alright. So then what? Your behavior is gonna reflect the unawareness that you already possess. Alright? Remember, your movements and actions are manifestations of your thoughts. So if you're not thinking correctly or feeling correctly, you're not gonna be operating correctly. Right? So you're gonna befriend anybody, anybody's gonna enter your life. They're gonna treat you how they want to treat you, they're gonna do what the fuck they want in your life. And that's just gonna be that. And then you're gonna be blaming them for, in all reality, you're the one in the subconscious state. So you allowed yourself to be manipulated. Right? You allow uh someone else's thoughts or emotions to manipulate your thoughts or emotions, right? Or you let someone's words or actions manipulate your thoughts and emotions, which in return controlled your behavior. You have to be aware of what you say and what you do, how you're acting, your behavioral patterns. A lot of us don't see the things that we do, right? Don't see how we be moving, how we be talking. You feel what I'm saying? But you know, the people that are unconscious of their words, ways, and actions are usually the people I stay from around. You know what I'm saying? I try to stay from around those type of people as much as possible. Like literally. Male, female, child. You know what I'm saying? Because that'll save you a whole lot of you know what I'm saying, unnecessary drama. Trauma of any sort. Of all sorts. You feel me? And that's just to protect yourself, right? So you're not subconsciously manipulated. Right? You're just being conscious of subconscious manipulators. Right. People that are subconscious manipulating people that are in a subconscious state. Right. And I feel like anyone in that is operating in a subconscious state is a manipulator, so to speak, in some type of form or fashion, anyway, right? Because if you're in a subconscious state, right, who's to say that that pattern that you've habitually followed is positive? Right? And who's to say is, you know, it's all negative? It may be a balance of both, but I'm sure that you need to grow. And to grow, you have to step outside your comfort zone. So you have to change your behavioral patterns sometime. But if you're in a subconscious mind state, you won't ever change your behavior patterns because you're not conscious of them. It's that simple, you feel me? So if you're not thinking about it in real time and consistently, right? And you know, being aware of it and trying to counteract it, and you know what I'm saying? Take proper steps or figure out strategies and how to stay and stay conscious of your thoughts, your emotions, and your and your behavior patterns. All right. It's the only way you're gonna actually create any change. All right, is being conscious about it. Being conscious that you're moving subconsciously. In other words, you're unconscious about certain things that's happening in your own life, all right? That you've created through your thoughts, emotions, and your behavior. All right. The funny thing is the patient the people that have no patience get with people that are impatient. Telling you. Because it's that it's that frequency. You feel what I'm saying? Viberating on an impatient frequency, you're gonna get with people that are impatient. So you must just you must be aware of what you're doing and how you're doing it in your own life. But you know, look at the actions of others, right? And just look at the things people have done, did, or are doing. And then, you know, just answer your question. And why episodes like this, knowledge or wisdom like this is essential. Right? To shed light on topics that the average person or average people don't talk about, and to give an accurate guide or strategy and or idea how to keep yourself out of a manipulated situation subconsciously, meaning you don't know about it, you're unaware about it. You want to be aware about what's going on in your life, you want to be aware of what's going on with you. You wanna be aware of you, right? Because then you have a better chance of being conscious and staying out of subconscious situations, right? It's okay to operate in the subconscious as long as you're conscious of the subconscious and your subconscious ways reflect your consciousness, all right? Meaning you have positive behavior patterns, you have a positive thought process, right? You possess emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence, you feel me? You have understanding, you have balance, equality, which some of us don't have, right? Not because we don't want it, but it's because we're not willing to put in the work to attain it. I think everything is bought by material things or money, and all reality, the most precious things are attained through awareness of self and the discovery of your inner self and your inner world because that's how you're able to control the outer world, it's connected with mirrors, as within, so without. I speak on this a lot because it's important, and I just don't speak on it, I live it out too, is why I speak on it so much. Because this is a part of my culture to be conscious, to be equal, to be balanced, right? To be knowledgeable, to be wise, to show and prove understanding, understanding, and overstanding of myself, those around me in the universe. That's my duty as a civilized man, an original indigenous copper man who's conscious of conscious of himself, his physical and his mental power. Right. So we all we all have a responsibility to ourselves and to be accountable for ourselves, for our thoughts, for our emotions, most of all for our behavior. Our thoughts and our emotions aren't scapegoats for unruly or disrespectful or low vibrational behavior. It's your responsibility to correct your behavioral patterns. So your behaviors aren't affecting, aren't affecting anyone. Because your behavior doesn't in either way, low, high or low, negative or positive, doesn't just affect you anyway. It affects everyone because we're all energy and we emit energy out of our aura. You know what I'm saying? A certain amount of feet. So if we're close enough to a person or people, we can exchange energy frequencies with people. All right? We could exchange our energetic frequency with others, right? If we're close enough to them. So if I'm on a high vibe and you not, maybe you'll raise your vibe or balance it out, or maybe it'll lower it. If I'm on a low vibe and you're on a high vibe, who knows? I might lower it, lower it, lower it, pardon me. Or it might balance me out. Just all depends on how conscious you are of energy, of yourself, your thoughts, your emotions, and your behavior. That's what it determines. All three of those play a major part, and the major factors in how you know you're looked at, or how you're perceived. Because it will always be through what you do, or what you didn't do. It's always going to be based upon how you acted or how you didn't act. Never really what you said or didn't say. All right, it's being desensitized, right? Being programmed, being shown trauma and drama, and to not feel it through. Let it go, act like you don't feel, all right, and use drugs as a scapegoat. Use abuse, physical, mental, emotional, as a scapegoat. All right, and this is what people do when they're operating subconsciously, they're unaware of their actions, they're unaware of their behavior, they're unaware of their thoughts and their emotions. That's not cool, that's not safe, that's not it, that's not a vibe. So check yourself, get with yourself, right? Be conscious of yourself, put yourself in a position to be aware of what's going on with you, or what's supposed to be going on, and most of all, be aware of what shouldn't be going on, right? Being conscious is most of all, and it's the simplest form, is being aware of your thoughts, your emotions, and your behavior. Right? And if you're conscious of those things, no one can manipulate you. Because you are the influence over your thoughts, your emotions, and your behavior, right? And you're supposed to be. You're the master of your universe, or at least you're supposed to be. So don't let people manipulate you, don't let things manipulate you, or any of the above. Be the soul controller of your own soul, because that's what you are, but you must be aware to be able to utilize that information wisely to show that you understand who you are and what you are, and most of all, what you're not, as well as who others are that are around you, andor who you will come in contact with. You will have better clarity in your relationships as well as transparency when you're operating in a conscious state rather than subconscious.
