Peace, peace, peace. Positive energy activates consistent elevation. You now tap into Supreme Minded Podcast where we inform and inspire. I'm the host and creator, Supreme Minded, the self-made God, Supreme Being, Supreme Energy, Supreme Thoughts, Supreme Vibes, Supreme Ma, Supreme Minded Podcast. Let's build the vibes, y'all. We back at it. You hear what I'm saying? Grateful to be in existence. Grateful to be who I am. Grateful to possess the knowledge, wisdom, understanding, understanding, and overstanding of myself, those around me, and the universe. Hope you vibrate high. If not, hope you find a way to ground yourself, balance yourself, and lift that vibe. Season two, episode eight, titled Your Truth Isn't the Truth. So here it goes. So that's the benefit of living out spirituality, which is, you know, the internal discovery of yourself, setting boundaries, and being authentic. Right. To your best of your ability. Or knowing you have room for improvement, but you're still setting a standard in the meantime, right? Because you put out what you want to be or what you want to represent. That's how you create that habit. So you strive to be your most authentic self. Each experience world. So let's build, let's tap in. Your truth isn't the truth, all right? And I know a lot of people may think that they knew the difference or know the difference. You might not. This might actually, you know what I'm saying, piss some people off. Like, who the fuck he thinks he is? Explaining the difference between my truth and the truth, or who the hell he thinks he is telling me my truth isn't the truth. Cause it's not. You feel me? And this is my philosophical perspective. The truth and my truth. Right? My experiences, things from my perception. Word, so let's get into it. Your truth refers to personal perceptions, emotional reality. You know what I'm saying? Your individual experience, your conditioning and programming, your upbringing, what you've been taught, what you've been forced to believe, led to believe, right? What you've been shown. Feel me? That's your truth. Because it happened to you, how it happened to you, and you felt how you felt towards it, which another person or individual may feel differently. They will feel differently. That's no doubt. Right? So remember it's it's your view of things. It's the things that you've seen, you've heard, you've did, you didn't do, right? You've felt. You know what I'm saying? And or still feel.

SPEAKER_01

That's your truth. Right. The truth is totally different.

SPEAKER_03

The truth represents verified facts that exist. You feel what I'm saying? It's simple. You know what I'm saying? Independently of human feelings, meaning without human feelings, right? The facts are facts. The facts aren't feelings. They are just the facts that have nothing to do with our feelings. Alright? We know what feelings are what? The interpretation of our emotions. Which means, in a sense, our emotions and feelings are opinions. You know what I'm saying? It's a matter of opinion, depending on, you know, if, you know what I'm saying, you're operating in your truth or their truth. You know what I'm saying? Because you can be emotional or have a feeling towards something, or have feelings towards these, have feelings towards your emotions towards something. That's cool. You're gonna, you know, experience those, you know, type of reactions towards things because they're messages that are telling you about yourself. But if, you know, you're being emotional or unemotional available to the truth over your truth, then you know that's signs that you know you really don't value honesty, you know what I'm saying, and authenticity. Because regardless of what a person's truth is and how they feel towards something, they should always tell you the truth. You feel what I'm saying? Because the truth is separate from my emotions towards something, which means my attachments towards something or an individual or a place, right? So the truth of the matter is way more important than what you feel towards something, right? And that enables you to be in a position to learn, actually. You know what I'm saying? And your truth matters. How you know your emotions, your objectives, your perspectives towards a topic, a subject, a person, place, a thing, you're entitled to that. Absolutely. But it's still separate from the truth. And you say it doesn't look royal blue. But if I'm describing that we're looking at a royal blue picture, then the truth is it's a royal blue picture. So regardless of what it may seem to you, feel to you, you know what I'm saying, based upon your experience, doesn't mean that's the truth. Simple. Right? Like, for instance, another example, oh, shout out to the wisdom word. She's taught me, even though it was something I knew, but she helped me apply it or what showed and proves I understand. Open Stores 3, Knowledge was wisdom equals understanding, right? Peace to the Gods and Earths, God University. Shout out to the God bodies, um, the gods and the earths, right? So if, um, pardon me, not if, but she said one day that it's a simple statement, you know, your feelings are valid. You know what I'm saying? A person's feelings are valid, like in just different instances, like to me directly, or just in general about, you know, conversation about an individual, right? Or, you know what I'm saying, just in conversation, period. And emotions or feelings come up, right? You're entitled to feel that way, right? Everybody's entitled to feel how they feel when things happen, right? Whether it was verbal, physical, either or, right? You're entitled to feel how you feel. But it doesn't give you the right to be unruly, to be disrespectful, right? To be out of pocket. You know what I'm saying? To, you know, afflict physical harm on someone, right? Based upon how you feel. That's that's not right. Feel me? Far from righteous, far from authentic, right? Because being authentic doesn't necessarily mean you're perfect, of course, and it doesn't mean you won't feel, but it means that you're able to accept both sides. Meaning you accept your truth, you accept the truth, you accept other people and how they feel about their truth and accept the truth from them whenever they're expressing the truth, not their truth. You feel what I'm saying? So it really like rang a bell, like light bulb went off. Like, damn. Like it really settled in. So I'm like, wow. May seem like something small to y'all, but it that was deep. It was heavy for me at that time. And it was a learning curve. So like as I moved forward in my experiences and my life, and my experiences of within my life, like I truly like kept in mind that how a person felt was valid, even if they was wrong. You know what I'm saying? For what they did, for what they said, how they move, whichever, right? You know, maybe not at first, but as I started adjusting to it, it's just like, hold on, pray. Like, you know, this is how they feel, man. Like you, you really, you know, regardless of right or wrong, you know what I'm saying, or indifferent, you really can't judge them based upon how they feel. You know what I'm saying? Or, you know what I'm saying, like decide and or make a decision based upon their feelings towards the subject. You know what I'm saying? The decision for whatever should be a decisive one made logically, you know what I'm saying? Outside of my feelings, right? Because the truth is outside of my feelings. My truth, you feel what I'm saying, consists of my emotional reality and my personal experiences, views, and perceptions, which I'm entitled to, and everyone is. But when it comes down to the truth, there is a difference. You feel me? And I think we get it mixed up, we get it chopped and screwed because a lot of times we don't accept the truth is because we're just aligning with our truth about people, places, and things, and most of all about ourselves, and that's how we don't what? Change. Right? That's how we don't develop, that's how we prevent ourselves from becoming who we're meant to be, from growing, all right? Staying stuck, right? In time. Right? You know what I'm saying? Trapped in time. Go check the previous episode, episode seven, of course, season two, right? Where I spoke on, you know, being trapped in errors, being trapped in in subconscious programming and what people told you, told, and and and showed you. You know what I'm saying? And not really researching it and really figuring out what's for you, most of all. All right. Research yourself as you're, you know, trying to understand the things that people taught you. And if sometimes things are not gonna add up, that probably means it's not for you, or it's just it didn't come to you yet. So don't worry about that. Whatever you can understand and internalize with, then, you know, you absorb it if it's necessary or release it if, you know, when it's necessary. You know what I mean? Take what's beneficial and let go what's not. So, you know, a person and people are entitled to feel however they feel. Doesn't give them the right to disrespect you, get out of pocket, like I said, you know, become violent and impulsive or any of the of the above, right? But there is a difference between the truth and your truth. Your truth isn't the truth. Because your truth deals with personal experiences, right? It's deeply subjective when it comes to your truth. You know what I'm saying? It's shaped by your upbringing, like I mentioned, your biases, you know what I'm saying, your emotional state. You may lack emotional intelligence. So your your perspective on the truth is is is is damaging. It's blinding. You know what I'm saying? It's blindsiding you because you're attached to a Pacific perspective. You know what I'm saying? You're pretty much capturing events, how it feels to you. That's your truth, which is which is fine, that's cool. But the truth matters overall. And that's what shows and proves if you're authentic, all right? If you're able to understand both, understand both. Your truth matters for sure. My truth matters, and the truth matters. So if you're moving a certain type of way, and your truth is telling you that the way you're moving is valid, but if I'm saying the way you're moving some type of way ain't the way to move, then you know it's a battle between your truth and my truth. Allegedly. But no, I'm putting you on to the truth. You know, things that are gonna happen, right? Knowing that, you know, we're not gonna agree on things. Things don't always go how we necessarily want. We have to be open to things just going how they flow. You feel what I'm saying? Just go with the flow sometimes. You know what I mean? Don't force things. Let things be what they are, let people be who they are. If people choose to vibe with you, cool, accept that. If there's people that don't choose to vibe with you, accept that too. If there's people that was vibing with you, then stopped vibing with you, accept that. If there's people that never vibe with you and then started vibing with you, accept that too. Because, you know, it's that's the balance of life. You know what I mean? You gotta accept the up and the downs, the left and the rights, the hot and the cold. You know what I'm saying? The love and the hate, the knowledge and the ignorance, you know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01

That's the balance of life. You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_03

So don't get caught up in your truth, even though it does matter, right? But overall, specifically, the truth is what matters, and the truth is what is actually gonna solve problems, you feel what I'm saying? Misunderstandings, right? Because our personal truths, your truth, my truth, is not gonna align. There's things you've been through that I haven't been through, or there's things you've been through I've dealt with better. You feel what I'm saying? And then there's things I've been through that you've dealt with better, and vice versa. So, like the truth matters, the truth overall matters, you know what I'm saying? The truth is independent, right? It's over everything, it doesn't need any support. The truth doesn't need to remember to be remembered, like, because it doesn't change, it's the truth, you know what I'm saying? The truth is relies on what actually happened, you know what I'm saying? Backed by evidence and logical reality, you know what I'm saying? So it's not an illusion, it's not what we feel, it's not what we believe, it's evidence. Without error, it's the truth, facts, verifiable, valid. You know what I'm saying? Your truth will always matter, and it should always matter to you, and it shouldn't matter if it matters to others, because they're not you. That's who that that's a truth we have to overstand too, is that people don't care. Some individuals don't care about the truth or your truth, and that's fine too. You feel me? That's valid too. That's the truth, those are facts. People may not straight up tell you that, but it's true, right? It's evident. Why? Because they show you, people show you how they feel. Actions speak louder than words, right? Your ways and your actions is what shows and proves who you are. Period. And how you feel about yourself, about others, how you value yourself, and how you value others, and what you value in general, what's your motivation, right? Your movements display all of that. What you do, how you do it, what you don't do, what you say, how you say it, what you don't say, right? Pretty much your culture is the things that you do on a daily basis, right? And if it doesn't consist of the truth, you're gonna continue to operate subconsciously with your truth only and be blindsided and blocked from the truth, which prevents you from growing. Because if you can't accept the truth about yourself because you still stuck on your truth, you'll never get anywhere. You'll never accomplish anything, you'll never self-develop properly, right? Because you're unwilling to accept the facts. And we know another example, social media up, like we can post especially, you know what's so, you know, what's trending and what's controversial, more controversial is the things that's gonna, you know what I'm saying? Like get more attention, gain more reactions and comments, right? It's either religion or speaking on nationality, right? Those are the two topics that get the most attention, right? And it's a lot of people in the comments only commenting their personal truth, their perceptions, their emotional reality, and individual experience based upon their level of understanding of themselves, those around them, and the universe. Literally. They're not responding about anything that's factual at all. They don't got a book open. They ain't real quick Google what you know what was, you know, what was posted to see if you know it's valid or not. You know, that's the surface level. Like, none of that. You just chime in, boom. That's how you know that's emotional. That's impulsive. All right? That's a reactive person, not a responsive person. Reactions, you're quick to act. You don't think. It's impulsive. Responding is taking its time to accurately make a decision that's appropriate for the situation. You know what I mean? And these topics on social media. Well, I think another third topic, it's religion, culture, and I would say like the government, as far as like the presidents and what's going on with politicians and things like that. That's like the third one. You know what I'm saying? That gains a lot of attention and people that comment based upon their personal truth and perspectives on the said subject. Not truth, not facts, not nothing research. You know what I'm saying? Not nothing verified, you know, exclusive of your feelings at all. People respond with their emotions all the time. Which shows and proves you don't possess emotional intelligence. Go check out that EQ series. Emotional intelligence. All right. First part is free. Two, three, and four. Subscribe to Tab In or So check me out. The link is in every episode description. You know what I mean? On the social media platform, Supreme Mind Podcast, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. So we gotta remember, man, woman, your truth matters. Absolutely. But to live out life in its most authentic form, you must remain and stay conscious. And staying conscious means the truth. Subconscious is your truth. Cherish your truth, but uphold the truth. Alright.

SPEAKER_01

Cherish your truth, but uphold your truth. Alright?

SPEAKER_03

Because that means that the things that matter to you are the things you value. And you should. If you value yourself, you value even your flaws, right? Because they help strengthen you. You know what I'm saying? And it helps help you realize at the same time that you know you're not perfect, of course. And then that gives you the understanding to realize that no one else is perfect either. Right? So, you know, there's room for improvement. So when you focus in on yourself and realizing what's necessary for you, you can, you know, accurately start to self-develop once you figure out what's best for you. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01

And what's best for you is the truth. You know what I'm saying? The truth is what sets you free. And it always will.

SPEAKER_03

And I posted earlier on Facebook. Clarity hurts before it heals.

SPEAKER_01

You know what I'm saying? Clarity is the truth.

SPEAKER_03

Clarity is the absence of confusion and illusion. It's a proper understanding. A clear mental picture. Alright. It's a clear mental picture. When you have understanding, it's the best part. To have understanding, right? To understand someone, to understand things. It's a great feeling. It's complete comprehension of a person, place, or thing. It's the truth. Understanding is the truth. Because most of all, understanding is accepting things as they are, not what they appear to be. The highest form of understanding is love. So based off those two things, the truth is understanding. The truth matters. And you have to understand that just as much as your truth matters, but your truth shouldn't override the truth because there won't be any clarity. Things are distorted because we're talking logic, then we're talking emotions. So then we're talking heart over brain. Even though our brains, you know what I'm saying, possess mu more neurons than our actual brain. And I speak on how the heart thinks more than our actual brains do. Ain't that amazing? All right, so we have three brains, literally. One in our head, our heart, and our gut. All right. What's better than that? All right? Having two forms of research and interpretation. You know what I'm saying? Three forms of processing information. But we can only do that when we love ourselves, know ourselves, because that's how we're able to love ourselves, is to know ourselves first. Well. So it's that time for poetry hour presented by Supreme Honda Podcast exclusively on Supreme Honda Podcast Only, titled Chronicles of Ally by Ali Mo Love. New season, same show, same time. Let's vibe. Shout out Ali Mo for the poetry vibes off the mind. Word up. Definitely grateful for you bringing your creativity to the platform world. Yeah, like she said, we won't share truths. Alright? The truth's in the mud. Like people don't want the truth. The truth is like a disease. You know what I'm saying? Some of us run from the truth. We live far from the truth. We don't speak the truth. But we speak on truth. Meaning, you saying something, but you're not doing what you're saying. So you ain't saying nothing. Feel me? It's a lot of people that like to talk their way into things or out of things. Right, not realizing that the truth, whether you're telling it or not, right, will be revealed. And the fact that you can't be truthful with yourself tells me how you feel about yourself. Right. You might not even know yourself. You may be unconscious to who you are. Moving subconsciously. I mean, you're just following a program. You're just doing what you've seen done before doing what you always do. That's not growing. You won't obtain growth that way. Alright? You have to be able to accept the truth, most of all, about yourself. Right. Remember, we used to say, yo, I'm the truth. Yeah, all right. Half the motherfuckers that was saying that shit was a goddamn lie. It was a goddamn lie, man. But you know, it's all good because we know now that they was just operating in their truth. And that's cool. You got that. But that doesn't mean it's the truth. You can think that it means that, but no, in reality, it doesn't. You feel me? And you don't gotta agree with it because the truth doesn't need to be agreed with for it to be the truth. The truth doesn't need backup support. You know what I'm saying? Like it doesn't. Right? In the essence of the world, in the in the in the in the in this existence in its entirety. It doesn't it doesn't need proof. It's sad that in the judicial system, like the truth is rarely exercised, but that's what the judicial system is based off of. But it's crazy. But it's not because now you get to understand that the judicial system and every other legal governmental system is based off of what? Their truths. What they feel is true, right? Because they know the truth, though, but they tell us lies. They say we lying when we live in the truth. Right? Yes. Every governmental system is operating by its own truths, its own subconscious ways. Racism. Right? Separatism.

SPEAKER_01

You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_03

Which is a low vibration. If you're not willing to accept what is you have no understanding, I feel like your moral compass is hit up. You know what I mean? Go check out Moral Compass.

SPEAKER_01

Coming in a few weeks. New episodes uploaded Saturdays, 4 p.m.

SPEAKER_03

It's times that I will roll out a bunch of episodes either during um the work experience, Monday through Friday, or Saturday. You know what I'm saying? Or Sundays. You know what I'm saying? But the official schedule day is Saturdays. But if you know, if you want to know, pardon me, when an episode will be dropping, just stay tuned to my pages, my social media, Supreme on the Podcast, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. So either or will let you know when an episode is dropping. Preferably shoot to Supreme On the Podcast on Instagram. Cause that's the main spot right there. So check out my recent posts, and there'll either be a post that a new episode is up and look for the posts where, you know, a new episode will be dropping. You feel me? So but just an update, I do have episodes dropping all weekend. Meaning the what I would like to say. The quality in God experience, which is Saturday and Sunday. So this episode will be dropped today. And this experience is Friday. There'll be one dropped tomorrow. Titled Culture Conformity. And then I'll either drop Moral Compass Sunday or next Saturday. Which you'll know. Just go check out the page and it'll tell you what's what. Might drop a bonus episode Sunday instead of dropping Moral Compass. But, you know what I'm saying? I have been off schedule, so I've just been trying to drop some solid content for the listeners. You know what I'm saying? Let y'all know I'm still out here. You know, I just have a lot of moving parts, you know what I'm saying, in this in this existence of my, you know what I mean? Um my business owner and I'm a parent. So yeah. Community advocate as well. So, you know, my time is usually um what I would say accounted for, usually, you know what I mean? And this is a part of it too, but sometimes I don't get to do it. Um, and that's alright, because I'm still here, you know. That's my truth. And the truth. You feel me? Part of the truth was that it's based off of, you know, my culture, how I'm living my life, the things I have going on, my daily routines. All right. And then the truth, you know, was added into that too, because it's the truth. It's nothing that I made up. You know what I mean? My truth was a revelation of the truth. You know what I'm saying? As far as why, you know what I mean? I've been off schedule. But we'll be here as long as there's breath in my lungs. It's my purpose to fulfill, so I'm gonna fulfill my purpose. You feel me? That's real truth. So remember the truth will set you free. And why? You'll be free from skepticism, wondering, and guessing. Right? You'll have clarity, you know what you need to know to move forward, to make your decision, to do what needs to be done, or to not do anything, and that's cool too. The truth is what the truth is, and it will always remain the truth. Your truth will always remain the truth, too. But as you grow and develop, your truth will start to change, right? It'll start to alter, it'll start to, you know, certain things that you felt a certain way about, you won't feel anymore. You know what I'm saying? Some perceptions you've had will change, some perspectives you have will change, you know what I'm saying, will change as you continue to experience different things as an individual as an individual. And the more positivity you know you experience, I feel like the better your truth will become. It still doesn't outweigh the truth, but you know, it may have a better understanding, you know what I'm saying, than it had before. Based upon you having a positive experience, you know what I'm saying, within your life. You know what I'm saying? Because positive experiences truly do reshape how you view yourself and the world. Right? That's why it's so important to speak positive, think positive most of all. Because before we speak it, we usually think it. Think it, say it, then act on it. Right? Thought, emotion turns into a, you know, behavior. Produces an action. So You know, just stay on top of how you think, your emotions, and things like that, your thoughts. You're just supposed to observe. Choose which ones you align with, which ones are beneficial to you, or be the ones I recommend that you choose. When it comes to your emotions, be balanced, right? Don't allow your emotions to make you do things that you know you knew you wouldn't do if you didn't feel that emotion, right? And it's okay to feel that emotion, but you have to interpret the feeling based on that emotion. So now you know what that emotion means through your feelings. Feelings are an interpretation of your emotions. So figure out why you feel that way. Observe why you feel the way you do around people, around um different places and things like that. Because that's what contributes to your overall actions, which contributes to your overall behavior, which creates a habit. So now it's subconscious. You're always gonna speak like this, talk like this. You know what I'm saying? Move how you move, act and how you act. You know what I'm saying? Whether positive or negative. Because you're not conscious, you're moving subconsciously, and you didn't pay attention or observe properly the things, three things I just mentioned: your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions, which is your thoughts and your emotions first, because the thoughts plus the emotions will lead to a reaction, action, andor behavior pattern eventually, right? But when you're conscious, you're gonna create a positive, you know what I'm saying, pattern. If you're conscious of your movements, you know what I'm saying? And internalize and accept the truth about what needs to be done, right? And how to, you know what I'm saying, perfect yourself. That doesn't mean you're gonna be perfect. That just means, you know, you're accepting that you're not perfect, but at the same time, you do have great attributes and good things about you. You have a skill set, you know what I'm saying, that's innate and things like that. But at the same time, you are an earthly being. You're gonna make mistakes. You know what I'm saying? You need to learn, you need to step out of be a comfort and to grow, to be able to grasp and be more aware of people, places, and things. You know what I'm saying? And through these experience, experiences you grasp, all right, it gives you more insight because you have more experience with things. All right. So it's all about your thoughts and your emotions being in alignment with each other, but you predict a specific behavior. You know what I mean? If your thoughts and your emotions are calm and collective, your behavior is calm and collective. I'm not saying that things are not going to upset you, but you're supposed to be in control of yourself. You're responsible for being in control of your words, your ways, and your actions, and how they affect other people, right? That's emotional intelligence. Go check out that four-part IQ series. It's noteworthy, I'm telling you. And some may say that's my truth. This is Supreme On the podcast. So why wouldn't it be my truth? But it's the truth. I done got a lot of feedback, you know, on the series. So, you know, it's helped a lot of individuals, and even some majority of the individuals, to be honest, didn't even subscribe to hear the second, third, or fourth part, but just the first part itself, like, you know what I mean, was enough groundwork for them to, you know, gain a proper understanding. So I think that speaks for itself for sure. Right. So check that out. And don't just check my, you know, my um content out. Check out other content, you know, that uh that's out there speaking on emotional intelligence and you know, things that are positive that, you know, help with your mental development, which will help your overall mental state, your emotional development, which will help your overall emotional state, and so on and so forth. Your mental and emotional state being in the right position, I feel like your physical, spiritual, and financial will be too. All right. So, but remember that your your mental, emotional, and spiritual are like the main three. Like that's that's the you know what I mean, the the trinity of self-development. You feel what I'm saying? Those are the three parts of self that are aligned, that you need to realize and be more aware of how to keep them aligned. All right, because they're subconsciously aligned, but you just don't have the control and you haven't mastered yourself to know how to be in control, you know what I'm saying, and how to and how that alignment actually functions, you know what I'm saying? Mind, body, and spirit. So, but you know, when you're ready, tap in. You know what I'm saying? There's really no specific time or special time I could say when to tap into your spirituality. I would recommend as soon as possible, right now. You know what I mean? Like, and you know, just research yourself, discover yourself and what makes you go, what makes you feel your best, what makes you inspired, what motivates you, right? What keeps your vibrations high, you know what I'm saying? What keeps you on that positive path of creation, you know what I'm saying? What what you know gives you the idea to give back, to give, you know what I'm saying, to build, to love, you know what I'm saying? Whatever it may be. And those are the things you want to know, right? Because that's figuring out your purpose that leads to your purpose and fulfillment. And you should want to fulfill your purpose, because that's the reason why you're here. We all have a purpose, right? And we can actually receive and and and find that purpose if we accept who we are and accept the truth, and accept that your truth isn't the truth, that there's a difference. This that's two different things. One's on the left, one's on the right, one's up, one's down. Not saying, you know, one is more important because both are important. Right. But in order to elevate the truth, it will always matter just a bit more than your truth. And that doesn't mean that the truth is more important than you and how you feel, because that's two separate things, right? Because you should want to accept the truth too, right? And knowing that your truth is based upon your experiences personally, and the truth is based upon general facts, right, that you need to experience to enhance yourself to be able to become better. That's why the truth sets you free and helps you realize what you're doing right and what you are doing wrong, all at the same time. It's a balance of both. So it's kind of the best of both worlds. But if you don't have that perspective, or if you haven't heard that perspective, then you know you might not think about it like that. I didn't think about it like that before, but I do now. Right? Because my truth enables me and shows that I value myself, I value my experiences. You know what I'm saying? I acknowledge my emotions towards things, but I'm authentic enough to accept the truth because it enhances me. You know what I'm saying? My truth is just my experiences, my memories, things, you know what I'm saying, that I've experienced. But outside of that is the truth that matters overall, right? That provides strict evidential facts and validation. Feel what I'm saying? Over something I experienced, but maybe at that time I wasn't able to fully internalize with the message connected to that situation. But now I'm older, wiser, I should say, that doesn't mean I have to go through that experience again, but I might, and not even realize that I did happen to experience the same situation and now I get it. Alright? Because they do say you repeat cycles until they're understood. You're gonna repeat the lesson until you apply it next time. Whether it's for a person, place or thing, whether it's referencing to a person, place a thing. Just keep in mind that both matter. Everything's about balance. Your truth and the truth are both truths. All right, your truth, the truth. They both set you free by being accepting of both. And that both really can't hurt you. They're both meant to help, to uplift, to assist, to guide, to teach, because that's what all our experiences are. Lessons. What I like to call jewels.

Right?

And how do jewels get developed? By pressure. They're cold at first, and then a pressure's applied, high pressure. Now they're refined, they're at their highest form. That's what these lessons and experiences do to us as life form. Help us to reform and program ourselves properly to be the masters and be in control of our thoughts, our emotions. And being in control doesn't mean we control everything. Being in control is also knowing we don't have control. So control yourself. All right. We can't control what people do or what people say. Definitely protect yourself. I'm not saying you can't control that by protecting yourself if someone is trying to physically harm you. But outside of physical altercations, you can, you know what I'm saying, not indulge from situations, not indulge in situations or people. Right? And just take it as a lesson what this person is showing you, what they're saying to you, how they treating you, and how to tell you all you need to know. Because your truth is not the only thing speaking. The truth is loud as ever. But are you willing to accept it? Are you willing to accept that your truth isn't the truth?
