Peace, peace, peace. You know how to happen with Supreme Minded Podcast. Where we inform and inspire. I'm the host and creator, Supreme Mind, the self-made God, Supreme Being, Supreme Energy, Supreme Thought, Supreme Vibe, Supreme Mind, Supreme Minded Podcast. Let's build Season 2, Episode 9, titled Cultural Conformity. Or Peace to Every Man, Woman, and Child. Peace to those in existence in the physical form. Peace to those that return to the spiritual form. Or hope everybody's in high vibrations, and if not, I will you're able to ground and balance yourself to raise your vibes where they should be. Or let's get into it. Let's build, let's exchange critical thoughts, right? Grateful to be in existence, you should be too. But you should be making sure that you're living out your purpose and fulfillment in this existence. And fulfilling your purpose is why you're here. So let's talk about this. Let's talk about this, y'all. Let's talk about this. So social conformity is another extremely critical, thought-provoking episode to where we have to focus on our thoughts, you know, of course, our emotions, which lead to a behavior, as I constantly speak of. Um check out episode eight, which dropped yesterday, titled Your Truth Isn't the Truth. That's a very, very thought-provoking episode as well. Go check that out. And the bonus episode um Trapped in Time, as well as Episode Seven, Subconscious Manipulation. I feel like they're all tied in, starting from Trapped in Time, um, bonus episode number nine, season two, episode seven, subconscious manipulation, season two, episode eight, your truth isn't the truth. Well, and kind of aligns with season two, episode nine, right here, where we are now, cultural conformity. And if you pay attention, they're all connected, right? Like the thoughts are connected to our emotions, our minds, it's connected to our body, right? Which is connected to our spirit and our soul, the essence of who we are. So let's get into what social conformity is. Part of self, what cultural conformity is, right? Cultural conformity is when individuals adjust their attitudes, beliefs, or behaviors to align with the group or societal norms. It is pervasive social influence driven by a fundamental need to belong and make accurate decisions and maintain social harmony. All right. And anything that has to do with the culture has to do with us socially, because that's how we that's the manifestation of how we express ourselves, how you know, being how we socialize. We socialize through nonverbal communication and direct communication. So, you know, pretty much your social movements, you know what I'm saying, are a part of your culture. Right? So, and conformity is the act of aligning your attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors with those of a group or societal norm. People conform to fit in, avoid rejection, or because they believe the group has accurate information. It is a powerful social force influenced by pressure or subtle unconscious cues. That's a very the last sentence is very important. Influenced by pressure or subtle unconscious clues. And being unconscious sometimes means that you're acting subconsciously, subconscious manipulation. Season two, episode seven, check that out. And you will have more understanding on that dialogue as I continue to give you the dialogue on cultural conformity, right? So again, let's start from the unconscious space, right? In that being unconscious is the main route to the cause of our issues, right? Cultural, societal, mental, physical, emotional, and every other form, right? Because being conscious means you're unaware, and unaware means you don't know. When you don't know means you're ignorant, right? You have no facts on the topic, subject, person, place, or thing. But you're willing to conform, right? You're willing, you're willing to adjust the way you speak, move, and who you truly are to be like, portray, you know, imitate individuals, you know, that aren't sure about themselves. Right? They're not sure about themselves at all. Because they're unconscious, they don't know themselves, right? And this also correlates to the power of influence, right? Because cultural conformity is social influence, in other words, right? When you conform to something for something or someone, that means that something or someone has powerful influence, right? Go check out season one, episode 25, the power of influence. Like I speak on so many things that just correlate with each other, right? That add a better understanding to each topic. Right? So if you're easily influenced, that means what? You're unaware, you don't know who you are. So you're gonna do say whatever you need to do or say to fit in. Right. To fit in, right? People conform to fit in and avoid rejection. See, being who you are isn't accepted, right? Standing out and being authentic isn't accepted, but because the usual could part of self, usually a person that stands out is someone that's loud, outrageous, and obnoxious, right? They're doing things to be seen and heard. It's not coming from an authentically intentional space, right? It's coming from a space that I want attention, I want to be seen, I want to be heard. Look at me. I want to fit into societal's norms to stand out in an outlandish manner, right? The smart, peaceful, intelligent, highly vibrational, and spiritually intelligent people don't stand out. We don't. I'm a I'm those people, right? We're the people that are feared, misunderstood, disregarded, overlooked by the 3D world, right? By the norm, right? But not in the 5D realm, not in the spiritual realm, not in the cosmic realm, not in the universe in itself. You feel what I'm saying? We're on a whole different level. But again, as I speak of your truth isn't the truth, truth is not accepted. Definitely go check out that episode, season two. You know what I'm saying? Episode eight. Check it out, right? You have to you have to realize that the things you do are not of your own. It's not of your thinking, your programs, right? It's by design that you want to fit in and that you conform and not be yourself, right? Why? It's because not being yourself means you're able to be controlled. You're not driven by anything, you're driven by someone or something besides yourself. And if you're allowing someone that that much power and influence over you, you're clearly unaware of who you are. You don't realize your worth. You haven't internalized with what you are, who you are, where you are, where you want to be, what actually aligns with you, what you need to release. Right? It all comes a time when we have to release, be build and destroy. Meaning we continue to add on to ourselves in a positive manner, and as we become more aware of our ways, we're able to eliminate the things that prevent us from being productive and building and adding on to ourselves because we can't build and add on to ourselves and destroy at the same time. Like we can't do productive and unproductive things at the same time. Like, literally at the same time, we can't. We can do something productive and then simultaneously do something unproductive. You feel what I'm saying? But that's simultaneous. So, again, that gives you the space and opportunity to choose what you really want to do. Do you want to build and add on to yourself, right? Productively, or you want to build and add on to yourself unproductively, right? And I'll give you an example. Build and adding on to yourself productively is writing down positive I am affirmations, reciting them, stretching, drinking as much clean water you can, eating as much fruits as you can to the best of your financial ability, eating whole foods to the best of your the uh financial ability. Stop eating fast foods, stop eating fried foods, stop eating meat, preferably red meat, right? And any other meat, take a break from it if you're gonna continue to do it. You know, take intervals and time out from eating it. Your body will thank you, right? Stay physically active three to five days out of the week out of the week, right? Which I like to call experiences, right? Stretch before your physical training sessions, before and stretch after, right? Make sure you're around positive, uplifting people, people that believe you, believe in you, see you, and know the potential and energy that you possess because they know themselves. That doesn't mean they're perfect, but they're aware, they're awakened. Be around people who you inspire to be, right? Be around people, places, and things that inspire you to be your higher self, not who you are now, right? The goal really is to build up now for later, right? And these is how, you know, this is how you stay in positive vibrations. This is how, you know, you keep yourself in check. You know what I'm saying? Because as you stay healthy, you think healthy, you make healthy decisions, you move healthy, right? Your energy changes, your vibration raises, right? Now you're no longer aligned with certain mindsets. You're now no longer aligned with certain actions and ways, right? Because you were able, you were able to recognize them and know that they're not productive. They wasn't able to build you up, right? And that's just a way to stay positive, to keep healthy, to keep a healthy mental state, mental state, to keep a healthy physical state, and to keep an overall healthy spiritual state. You know what I'm saying? By eating healthy, speaking healthy, thinking healthy, and making and part of self and making healthy decisions. That's how you break the chain from being conformed, right? Because being in your own energy and continuing to train and put in time with yourself to become better, right? breaks that chain of programming that was forced upon you unconsciously, subconsciously, by our parents, by pastors, by the teachers, government officials, things like that. Right? The news stations, like it's it's all by design, right? It's a design to conform the world to be one way, so they can control the access to things, so they can control you know what you do and what you think, right? So the only cultural conformity you should do is the culture of righteousness, the culture of freedom, the culture of balance and equality, the culture of the knowledge of yourself. That's the only cultural conforming you should be doing is conforming to knowledge of self, right? To wisdom, right? Conforming to peace and unity. We can conform to everything else. We're getting drunk on, you know, every happy hour, you know what I'm saying? Thursday, Thursdays. You know, we can conform to anything, right? Any and everything. Any and everything, literally. It's the 4th of July. How we go how we conforming on the 4th of July? Everybody's buying fireworks as if that has anything to do with the 4th of July, right? Just so desensitized and ignorant to just go with the flow. That's it. You're just unconsciously making decisions, right? Because you're easily influenced, because you're unconscious to who you are, and you're just moving subconsciously, going with what you always go went with, right? Doing what you always did, saying what you always said, right? It got you this far, so you good, right? Ah, you're not good. You can feel as though you're good, but in all reality, you're not good. You're not in a healthy, a healthy social, mental, or emotional state. Because you're conforming. And a lot of the conforming the culture did wasn't to advance us. It was at our detriment. All right. We follow everything. We eat in, we eat in, we eat crazy. We spend trillions out of the neighborhood, right? We eating Chinese food, we eating, we eating Chick-fil-A, we eat McDonald's, we eating Burger King, we eat in Popeyes and shit. None of them is really black-owned, part of self, indigenous-owned, originally owned. You know what I'm saying? And if they are, then clearly they're they're not aware of their influence, the power they have over you. Right? The power of the fork, right? Food is food, literally kills us. So we don't even have enough self-control to control our fork. Right. That's a whole different conversation. Right? And we know, like the information's out there, we know these fast food places ain't shit. We still just find the time to do it. You know what I'm saying? When it's plant-based options, or there's fresher ways and more healthier ways and purer ways to do it. But you're unconscious, so you're unwilling and incapable actually of seeing the error in your ways, so you know, you just conform. You just follow suit, right? You change according to what society wants, so you can fit in, so you don't have to worry about standing out, being alone, right? Pretty much, you know what I'm saying? It's like the nerds and the cool kids and shit. You know what I mean? The nerds was corny, but they they're healthy and they're living longer, right? The ones that was cool was terrorizing neighborhoods, dying or going to jail. Feel what I'm saying? When you can do both, right? You could be a gangster, but it's what you a gangster for. You a gangster for peace, liberation, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, or you a gangster for violence, degradation, negative influence. Alright. You know what I mean? It's it's all up to you. You know what I mean? But the root cause is again, and always will be, the lack of knowledge of self, the lack of awareness of yourself. You don't know who you are, what you are, where you came from. You're not willing to take the time out to internalize with the traumas, the programming, the design, structural thinking and thought patterns and behavioral patterns that have been forced on you. Religiously, educationally, which is mentally and socially. So, you know, at every end, you're being forced to conform, right? With religion, school, sports, entertainment, like it's some form of conformity. But only if you're unconscious, though. Because there's nothing wrong with none of them things. Being educated and getting your education, you know, being an entertainer and you know, making it to make it, you know, a livelihood to, you know, to live off of. You know what I'm saying? But it's who's controlling you, though, within these spaces. It's what's controlling you within these spaces. You're not the one making the decisions in these spaces. Who's making these decisions? Then the next question is if it's not you making the decisions, then are you okay with someone else being your master? Because that's what conforming does. Whoever you conform. Conform for or whatever you're conforming to, or what, that's your master now. That's the biggest influence. Right? You're putting all your beliefs and all your trust into what this person, place, or thing wants you to do. It's boxing you in. You're unable to critically think. It's indoctrination in a form, too. Right? Because you're doing it just to fit in. Right? If there's no productive benefits in why I'm conforming to building that onto myself, then it's different. It's different if I'm trying to physically train myself and I'm conforming to a bodybuilder's workout. I'm not trying to fit in, so to speak, but I'm conforming because this man or this woman clearly has shown and proved that they know how to build themselves up physically. I've seen them from start to finish. They give dialogue and they, you know, they give instructions on what to do and how to do it, what time to do it, and how often to do it. And it got them to this place, then, you know, that's a positive influence. So I'ma, you know, I'm a conform to that workout. You know what I'm saying? I'm gonna conform to their style of training. There may be some things I'm not going to do that they did, but I'm gonna take what's most important and conform to that. Right? But you have to be in control of the conformity, and the conform has to be positive, like so to speak.

Right?

SPEAKER_01

Conformity is the act of aligning your attitude, beliefs, and behaviors with those of a group or societal norm, right? So I conform to the plant-based community in society. You feel what I'm saying? Some people align with the vegan community, you know what I mean, in society. Like we all in a sense conform to something, but is it our decision to conform? And or is what we're conforming to beneficial to us? Alright. And then in certain aspects, it's not good to conform at all because just by definition, to a certain extent, all right. But the general definition is cool. Or believing in something, as another group does. You know what I'm saying? Just going what what's going on, you know what I'm saying? Sort of like keeping up with the trends, so to speak. So it's a thin line between conformity, though. You know what I'm saying? I don't know. You know what I mean? But whatever you decide to do, or whatever, you know, socially influences you, make sure it's it's positive, right? And it's driven by positive intention. Right? It's not because you want to belong, you need to fit in, you know what I'm saying? And it's nothing wrong with maintaining social harmony, so to speak. Like, you know what I'm saying? Long as it's not the ex at the expense of you giving up. You know what I'm saying? Anything or anything you have to sacrifice that's detrimental. Right. It shouldn't be at a negative expense, it should be always be at a positive expense where you're able to learn from it, right? To use that wisdom later. The culture doesn't conform to the positive, it seems like. It seems we want to, you know, align with negativity, and then expect to be treated, viewed, and seen as royalty. That doesn't make sense. Alright? It's like saying you don't smoke, but I see you smoking all the time. It's like saying you don't drink, I see you drinking all the time. Alcohol, I mean. And not judging one another, just an example. Right? So you, you know, you in other words, like, you just have to be who you are, right? Because just because you're able to get by around the people that don't know themselves, doesn't mean you're getting by. Like, you're thinking you're fooling yourself, and all reality you're not. And even the people that are woke and awake see you. We, you know, we're not judging you, you know what I'm saying? But at the same time, we see you. But do you see yourself? That's what's most important. Like, you're not seeing yourself, you're not seeing the error in your words, your ways, your actions, most importantly, you're thinking first. You know what I mean? Your thinking is conformed. That's why you're conformed in the first place, right? Because you don't own your thoughts. You're not the master of your mind. All right. You should want to master yourself before you want to be present. You're not saying you should stay in the house, but if you're not out doing things that are beneficial, then why are you out? All right, it's almost like a rebel with no cause. Like, if you're not rebeling for a cause, then why are you a rebel? To me, a rebel without a cause is is is just wasting energy trying to be seen and heard, feeling like and thinking that you're actually doing something and you're not. Like all motion don't mean movement. Right? You could be going in circles. What actual movement is that? You're not getting nowhere, technically, right? You're not. So performing really doesn't have its benefits on the social level when it comes to being of a culture, conforming to cultural and societal norms, which means that the culture itself is influenced by either people that aren't of the culture and and want the culture, that culture to be unconscious, or the other culture is conscious of this culture and just wants that culture to be unconscious, so they can remain in control and in power over this culture, this other culture, so they can influence this other culture. Right. The original indigenous copper tune people are the most influential people when it comes to everything in life, right? When it comes to hair, when it comes to clothes, right? When it comes to jewelry, cars, just everything, sports, entertainment. Like we're at the top of the totem pole, right? We're the top influence, but we're easily influenced. Now, how does that make sense? It makes perfect sense. Why? Because the root is we're unconscious, we're unaware of ourselves, we're unaware of our ways and our thinking. We'll check it. It's time for poetry hour, presented by Supreme Minded Podcast, exclusively on Supreme Minded Podcast, titled Chronicles of Ally by Allie Mo Love. New season, same show, same time. You already know though where the vibes is at. Tapping back in. So conformity, in a sense, is just saying that you're unconscious, you're unaware, you don't know. And in certain aspects, you don't want to know. Right until you're ready to know. And that's important, though, right? It's not who you know if you don't know yourself. It's not about what you know if you don't know yourself. It's not about what you have if you don't know yourself. It's not about where you are in life if you don't know yourself. Knowing yourself prevents you from conforming. Knowing yourself prevents you from being subconsciously manipulated. Knowing yourself keeps you from being trapped in time. Knowing yourself enables you to realize, recognize, and internalize the difference between your truth and the truth. All jewels are dropped. Right? With different lessons to them. Tap in. It's my purpose here, and I'm going to fulfill it. So being so being conformed, in a sense, is being a follower, too. I had this conversation with who I had this conversation with. Um I have I won't I don't want to say I have so many conversations with different people because that's not true. Um, I have high highly vibrational conversations most times. So it's, you know, it's really a handful of individuals that I literally connect with mentally and spiritually, you know what I'm saying, that are aware enough to have an exchange, you know what I'm saying, dialogue on certain topics. All right. So but the conversation was about the fact that it's like we're taught to not be followers when we come when we come up, right? Like for instance, like say in elementary school, we got a bad report and they asked what happened. Or, you know, one kid was was acting up, and then you know, your child decided to follow what they was doing. You know what I'm saying? Right? But then once we choose, once we're able to choose, right, and get to a point in our lives where you know we're choosing for ourselves. Now it's just like our family, not specifically our parents, shun us or, you know what I'm saying, degrade us or you know, don't interact with us all because of our personal choices. Because you're a Christian and I choose not to be a Christian, you're a seven-day adventist, I choose not to be. You're a Muslim, I choose not to be. But I thought we were family, though. Why should that matter? You know what I'm saying? When it comes to my personal choices, as long as my personal choices don't spill out to our relationship and affect you, then it shouldn't matter. You know what I'm saying? So it's almost like it's like they're confused. They is like they want us to be them in all reality and not us, because they weren't able to fully grow into who they was meant to be because they conformed. They wanted to be like their grandmother, they wanted to be like their grandfather, they wanted to be like the previous person. You can't be nobody but yourself. Again, the hardest thing in life is to be something you're not. All right, so it's almost like we were raised to be a leader, but then when it comes to me being a true leader, now you're intimidated. Now I should follow. Now I should conform to what you want me to be in order to be accepted or validated. Fuck that. Keep your time, keep your energy, keep your space to yourself. I don't need that shit. I don't respect, neither do I got love for anybody that doesn't love me to be my authentic self, that doesn't love me being who I truly am in its highest form. Like I want you to be who you are in your highest form. Whatever that means, even if that means that I'm not in a position or it's giving we're not in a position to connect with each other no more. Cool. But we know that and we move in peace after that. Like, just because we don't a line no more, don't mean I'm beefing with you. There's people that I've been cool with for a long time, vibe with for a while, that I'm not necessarily vibing with, not saying we beefing, but I'm on a different frequency that they haven't elevated to yet. So we see things differently. You chilling out, smoking weed half today, is just not my idea of, you know what I'm saying? Like being productive. Or that's not how I want to spend my time. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, I'm a creator. I like to create. Like, these is one of my creations, Supreme on the podcast. Then I have Garhood University where I teach Supreme Mathematics and teach you how to find this divinity within yourself. You feel what I'm saying? So it's like you definitely have to pay attention to yourself, most of all, who you're allowing in your life, and what you want them or what you know you're portraying, right? What you're consistent of. You know what I'm saying? Because as within, so without. So whatever you consist of and emitting, and you're connecting with these type of people, then that's the that's the key point right there, is that you know, you're not paying attention to your frequency. You outgrown certain people. You know what I'm saying? And that's okay. There's nothing wrong with you, it's nothing wrong with them. But they just haven't reached the point where they're ready to grow and step outside of their comfort zone. You feel what I'm saying? Peace. Pardon, y'all. Pardon, pardon for the noise. I'm sorry. But a lot of times, you know, we just again just not paying attention. Everything's unconscious. You know what I'm saying? We're unconsciously influenced. You know what I'm saying? By things that aren't beneficial and things that have been repeated historically that prove to you there's no benefit. Like what? Selling drugs. Yeah, we know there's a root cause. We know that the government gentrified the neighborhood. We know that the government redlined and, you know, treated the original indigenous people like we didn't exist, we didn't have any rights. You know what I'm saying? Things were designed against us to put us in positions, right? To give in and to not want to live out, you know, our best lives. You know what I'm saying? Because, you know, we're just hit with so much from every angle, mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, right? But it's by design. And if you do the knowledge and research the design, then you'll have a better understanding. All right. But you're worrying about things that don't matter. You rather worry about who's doing this, who's doing that, who they're doing it with. You know what I'm saying? You're worrying about trying to be in relationships that, you know, are just pointless when you don't even have a relationship with yourself. Right? You feel as though like something's wrong with you, or you know, here go the lack of accountability, something's wrong with people because you're still single. Nah. It's you. You keep picking the same type of person because you have conformed to yourself. You have conformed to your subconscious mind. You have conformed to being regular, and you're cool with that shit. Right? Because you think that's what it is, because that's the social norm. That's what society is depicting is the way. Right? Getting high, getting drunk, having a bunch of money, spending it frivolously, irresponsibly, and doing it again the next day. Kind of life is that, man. Like, make it make sense. Right? So, conforming is just not a healthy part or a healthy way to live your life, man. Like, it's just not conforming and being conformed by another culture or or society that proves it's not out for your benefit, it's almost fucking like you know what I'm saying? Like, it's almost insane. Almost like continuing to do the same thing, expecting the same results. Pure insanity at its highest form. Because there's no way, right? And that's what's going on. You the conformity is the same. It's like the bonus episode number nine, trapped in, you know, trapped in time. Like you, you're you're you're conforming to societal eras where you know things were a certain type of way, and they just stayed that way for you ten years later. Right? Like, for instance, that it was a baggy jean era, baggy clothes era, where you know, wearing big jeans, t-shirts, a couple sizes bigger and shit. If you still doing that in 2026, yeah, you you you trapped in time. Right? You you're culturally conformed in a societal era right now based upon you going by the design of the societal norms. Not going by your individual design. Design because we all have a unique design. We all have a unique energy, a unique DNA, a unique imprint, right? A unique aura, a unique vibration and frequency about us. You know what I'm saying? But we can't be quick to just do the same old shit unconsciously and then make it seem like we saying something, or we doing something, or we supposed to be respected, or you know, we you know, we we we supposed to be looked at by a specific title, but you ain't living that out. So I ain't calling you nothing. I don't care what you say, what you do, how much tact you have, of whatever. Like that don't matter. What you know doesn't matter unless you utilize and apply what you know wisely, unless it's just information. If you ain't doing that, if you ain't applying what you know wisely, it's just information. You just bumping your gums. You just want to be heard. Right? Don't, you know what I'm saying? Don't wear a bunch of waist beads, don't wear a bunch of, you know what I mean, cultural beads and get a bunch of tats and and make it seem like you, you know, you're about a culture or about a way of life you know nothing about. You're conforming to the culturals slash societal norms. You're in this bracket, you're why this episode was created to bring awareness to these type of individuals. Like, you gotta put yourself in a conscious state of mind to realize your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions that overall lead to a consistent and habitual behavioral pattern. All right. You gotta pay attention to that. You gotta stop paying attention to what everybody's saying and what everybody's doing. You gotta truly embody who you say you are, or you will be challenged and tested at that. And don't get mad when you are, because it's about showing and proving, as within, so without. You can't speak things within your universe and don't expect them to transpire or manifest in the external universe, the law of correspondence, as within, so without, as above, so below. Simple as that. What you thinking, what you what you thinking you want to eat leads to what? Your body, right? As with as above, so below. The mind and body connection. And then whatever you ate, what is it doing for you, right? Did you just choose a specific meal because of, you know, but like looking at it from uh an emotional sense or logical sense? An emotional sense is, oh, this shit is so good. You know, it taps into your emotional sensories, it gives you a good feeling. You know what I'm saying? Like some of us emotionally eat, for an example. You feel what I'm saying? But if you're logically picking out something for dinner, then you're thinking about your health. You're thinking about what time it is, how you know, how much, depending on what time it is. How is it cooked? What ingredients are you using? You feel what I'm saying? So, but you're not thinking of these things when you're unconscious and you're conforming, all right? You have to be conscious, aware of your actions, what you're doing. This is your life. Do you not care about your life? Do you not want to be the leader in your own life, or do you want to be the follower? All right, where someone else is leading your life. I would rather be the leader of my life because I know all of the decisions I'm making are either gonna align with me or just it'd be a part of my journey for me to learn, which is what a lesson. So either way, I gain a jewel. That's the balance of it. It's the balance of that's the balance of spirit, the spiritual journey is being your authentic self, right? Striving for perfection, to perfect yourself, right? But knowing you have room for improvement. And when you're putting in the work, you're aligning with that energy and being consistent in it. And that's all it takes. Because you'll never be perfect. It's about recognizing when the lessons come up and apply them moving forward. All right. And then now, you know, you're not beating yourself up about things, right? Your perspective is different. You know that the lessons are not necessarily the opposite of bliss, it's just another form of bliss. Because we say lessons are blessings as if blessings are great, but lessons are bad. No, lessons are bliss. Don't confuse it. Lessons are bliss. That lessons aren't bliss to people that are unwilling to accept what is and not what things appear to be, which means they lack understanding, clear comprehension, right? Complete comprehension, part of a clear mental picture, you lack understanding. If you're unable to accept things as they are, like when people say it is what it is, that's what they mean. But some people be saying that shit in an emotional state, right? Not in an emotional unbalanced state. An emotional, an emotionally balanced person is able to govern their emotions, govern themselves, regulate themselves, have empathy, understand, you know, all of that. Social skills, like nothing changed because something has affected their emotions. That's an emotional intelligent person. Right? And being an emotional intelligent person means that you're conscious, not just of your emotions, but your mental state. Because it's mind over matter. And when you have that mindset, things aren't sent to piss you off. You know what I'm saying? They're sent to put you on. They're all messages, they're signals. Lessons are signals, feelings are messages based upon your emotions, the interpretation of that emotion. It's not to conform to the emotion based upon your feelings, it's to learn from it. Then release it so later on you can apply it, teach it, demonstrate it, be the example, or just pass it on to somebody you know you may see that's going to run into it, or just to prepare them, you know what I'm saying? Beforehand so they don't run into it. All right. The culture has to set its own standards. The culture is the standard. So why are we conforming to standards below us, beneath us? We're conforming to violence and drug use instead of peace and unity. Right? We complain about what other cultures do when it comes to how they treat us. But how do we treat ourselves? No, we didn't plan or schedule or want another culture to demonize us, torture us, degrade us, kill us, but it happened. It's done. And it's still happening in certain forms. But once you know, work on the resolution, work on solving the problem versus still thinking about the problem, then letting the problem just take space in every part of your brain. So now you can't think. Now you're just living in survival mode, trying to suppress what happened or might still be happening because you're still unconscious, you're still moving ignorantly. You feel what I'm saying? And not putting yourself in a position to know and be wise. So it's like you're perpetuating and adding on and compounding what's already has happened and is happening still, but you're making it happen, right? You're allowing it and giving the opportunity for it to happen by staying ignorant, by not being aware, by conforming. That's the easy way out. When you pressured to change, what do you do? Do you change or you run from it? You feel what I'm saying? And no change doesn't happen overnight. All right. So if there's multiple things you have recognized you had to change or have to change or want to change, don't overwhelm yourself thinking that you have to change all of these things all at once. One habit of you know, recognizing you need to change and working on that one change is going to train you, right? And also it's going to indirectly work on the other things anyway, right? Because you're building and destroying, which means you're adding on to yourself productively, which is removing unproductivity. Right? So the more positive you are, and the more time you put into being positive, right, the less time you have to be negative and unproductive, the less time you have to conform. Right? When you're conscious of your energy, your space, and who you are, you're gonna be mindful on who you allow to influence you. You're gonna be mindful of what you allow to influence you, you're gonna be mindful of where your influence comes from in general. Because that's the ways and actions of a conscious person that's aware and has knowledge of themselves and knows their worth. Because when you conform, it's saying, I don't know me. It's saying I'm not good enough, I want to be you. That's what that's saying, too. That's low self-esteem, that's lack of self-acceptance. Right. That's just lack of knowledge itself as a whole, lack of wisdom, a lack of understanding, understanding, overstanding of yourself, those around you, and the universe. But if you don't want to know and act like you know, you're fake and you're a fraud. And if you really know or acting like you know, because there's people you may interact with that don't know, that doesn't mean you really know. That means you you acting too, you still putting on. Alright? You're conforming to be a spiritualist or to be whoever you portraying yourself to be, to be seen and heard, or to be perceived as this or as that. Alright. Just to appease, right? But who gives a fuck what people think? Alright? They're not paying your bills, they're not clothing you, they're not feeding you, they're not nourishing you in any form, they're not uplifting you, they're not pouring into you. So why does their opinion matter? Why is what what they know matter? Why is what they want matter? Why isn't good enough, why isn't it good enough for them to want what they want for themselves and just want it for themselves? Why do they have to want what they want for themselves for you? If you're not choosing it. And then if it's not beneficial, then why do you want that for me? Now that shows, again, as I spoke in the previous episode, the truth is not the truth. People act like they give a fuck about you and they don't, and they showing you, and what do you do? You still conforming to what the influence that they have over you through that attachment, right? Which is emotional. That's not logical. Because if you logically know and logically have proof that a person is showing you they don't fuck with you, then it's some other form of your energy that you know I'm saying they're locked into, that's contributing to you continuing to align with this person or think you're in alignment with this person, but you're sadly mistaken. All right, you won't align with nobody if you can't align with yourself. You won't truly align with anyone unless you truly align with yourself, and aligning with yourself and who you are is cultural awareness, it's cultural elevation. All right, it's not cultural conformity, cultural conformity disrupts your growth, it disrupts your spiritual elevation, your mental and emotional growth. It violates you as an individual, knowing that you are original, knowing you are unique and divine by nature, because that's our culture, where gods, we're earths, we're the mothers and fathers of the universe, but you only know if you found out, and you shouldn't only know if someone told you. You should know because you found out. Gratitude for pulling up an air to vibe with me at Supreme On the Podcast. Word. I love you listeners. Please don't forget to rate and review.
