From a professional standpoint, emotional intelligence shows up in real ways every day. And like you said its not so much about being perfect with your feeling, but knowing yourself, managing your reaction, staying motivated, showing empathy, and handling people with skill. For persons with social media platforms, self-awareness is huge because your brand is you. If you’re not tuned in with your triggers and your own voice. You can be burn out quick or get caught up reacting to every comment. And on the business side, self-regulation really matters, because the way you respond under pressure or to criticism sets the tone for your credibility.
